Bad service from the moment you arrived the guy (Fred) that took my car was not nice at all and didn’t offer me an Uber ride since they never have any loaner cars. Second didn’t let me know my car was rea that took my car was not nice at all and didn’t offer me an Uber ride since they never have any loaner cars. Second didn’t let me know my car was ready the following day I had to call. Later I get a call saying that my car wasn’t under warranty anymore that I had to pay out of pocket. In any of the issues I was offer an apology for the bad service or inconvenience of my time. I had to go in and ask to speak to manager either way I wasn’t offer any solution. More
