I was taking a client who has special needs to lions camp I was stuck in solo for two days according to Horne Jeep Dealership, the mechanic put 10 1/2 quarts of oil in my vehicle. This caused the engine to cease according to Horne, the mechanic cause almost $14,000 worth of damage to my jeep. This occurred on July 27, 2025. Larry H Miller had my vehicle towed to their dealership on July 31, 2025. I met with the service manager in general manager on August 1st. I encountered over $1200 with the charges which they have not yet reimburse me for. They caused me to be sick due to not taking my medication for two days. I was at the urgent care when paramedics took me to Banner boswell. I have just recently received a text message from Juan the service manager the department was ordering a valve block, which will take a week before they get it. This will be two weeks without my vehicle. I did receive a loaner in the meantime. So due to being sick, stressed and Poor communication I was hoping you could help me out in this matter. If I could leave negative stars I would! !! DO NOT GO HERE! I had to bring my car back 3 different times to have the air conditioning repaired and it's STILL broken. They keep charging me !! They keep charging me to repair a new broken part in the AC unit and I could have purchased a whole new unit by now. They keep your car for days to diagnose the issue and still no resolution!! We made a good deal online,they asked for $1000 deposit /down payment to hold vehicle. I gave them the deposit with the intention to pick up next day. Headed to the dealership i received a phone call from Matthew the the shop informed him that the frame was bent.i found that hard to believe,the next day they called me asking if i was interested in another vehicle since the Acadia had just been sold. Question how considering frame was bent-he stated not possible. SO obviously financing didn’t like the deal Matthew and i worked out and they sold car for a better profit. Buying the vehicle was great. I liked the salesman and it wasn't too difficult getting the purchase done. The vehicle did break down on the way home even though it was new but the dealership made it right. The problem I have is that they advertised the tax rebate for the plug in hybrid IN ADDITION to the sales credit. I have that in writing on the window sticker. Turns out they didn't file the clean vehicle sales report to the IRS which is required for me to claim that credit. Now they claim that was part of the sales credit and I wasn't entitled to it. I feel like I got scammed. More

The WORST experience by far! ! My fiancé purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler for us to enjoy, however had we known we’d be dealing with dishonesty and deceit. The people we dealt with ! My fiancé purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler for us to enjoy, however had we known we’d be dealing with dishonesty and deceit. The people we dealt with were: sales rep Jurmaine and a finance guy who loves his 2 bulldogs so much so they are all over his office. What happened: put money down, purchased and financed, drove off, battery light comes on. We had the jeep barely 24 hours when while driving jeep cautionary lights came on warning to pull over because jeep was not getting a charge. Communicated with sales rep Jurmaine and bring jeep right in. 1 month later after being told several times, attempting to return jeep same status not fixed, and specifically stating it would be done early THIS week… needless to say we still don’t have our jeep! In the meantime we are PAYING for it!!!! Give us what we paid for or UNDO the deal!!! Every time someone reads this review, you are losing money! More
