A person named Alexander Hernandez greeted me when I arrived at the location at 10:20 am. He was very attentive and kind to our questions. Later, another person named Cesar arrived. He was also very kind and always willing to help with excellent attention for us. I give them both 5 stars. They asked for my license, which I gave, in order to obtain information on the prices, and how the payments would be. I was desperate because it was already 1:00 pm, and I had no answer about prices and the valuation of my vehicle. And so the minutes pass and Mr. Christian Cruz approaches, very arrogant and rude, where he told us that he could not give us information if we were not ready to purchase a red Grand Cherokee that we were shown at that place, which wasn't the color or model that I wanted. As a result, he wanted us to buy that car by force, embarrassed us in front of everyone in the lobby, and told us that when we were ready to buy, he'd give us information, but no, while he made us waste so much time, I have never felt so humiliated by such an arrogant person.
