The radio screen in my car gave out, I have warranty on it so my husband made an appointment online to get it fixed on 1/18. They instead gave me an oil change. I explained that’s not what I needed it wasn’t time yet and Oscar Crisostomo let me know he’d order the part. A month went by and I heard nothing so I called in. The part had not been ordered. I was finally able to get through to him which is very difficult to do btw and he said he’d order it should come in a few weeks. Time went on again no word form oscar so I called and he said he needed a serial number but was able to pull it up with my VIN #. Said it’d take about a week or so to arrive and he’d call me on 3/10 at the latest. It is now 3/13, I left oscar a voicemail on 3/10 and still have not heard back. More

I bought a jeep and it broke down within 2 weeks. They didn't offer me a rental. I had to call mopar to get them to provide rental. It just broke down again. I am very dissatisfied. I will not recommend any one go there. More
