We purchased a car on 4/12 which involved a trade in. After numerous calls from the lease company about our “late payment” we contacted jeep to inquire if the payment had been made to the lease company. We learned it was late and more was owed. After conveying that to jeep we were at first asked if we would split the new amount with them. After some back and forth with jeep and with the lease company the jeep dealer said they would take care of it on 5/7. As of 5/22 with continued calls from the lease company saying we were now two months behind we contacted jeep to find out the payment had been sent out this week but to the wrong address and we were asked again to confirm with the lease company the exact amount. So as of today we continue to get calls from the lease company asking for payment. We haven’t ever heard from jeep we have always had to make contact and haven’t found this to be the best experince not to mention what the possible “late” payments may do to our credit
