We recently moved to Arizona and it was time that we looked for a new car. Our Saab was a little tired, so we decided to venture out to what my husband referred to as "xxxx day". I had looked on line and found a car that looked pretty good so I assured him that we would just "look". So we found ourselves @ Avondale Chrysler/Jeep to actually see if they still had the car that has piqued my interest. I no sooner stepped out of the car when Paul Horak approached me and asked if he could help. Would we like water or coffee? I told him about the car and said that he would find it so I could check it out. The car was even better in person and we proceeded to the sales office. Paul is an outgoing individual with a great personality and absolutely the most professional sales associate I have had the pleasure of working with. My husband Mike was impressed as well. As we proceeded through the process, the Sales Manager, Donnell Wilson was introduced to us. Donnell has a smile that lights up a room and was soft spoken and ready to help us in any way. When we were introduced to Ron Sedakis, Finance Manager,it was obvious that Ron has never met a stranger. He became our friend immediately. Suffice to say, the whole process of purchasing our car was a very pleasant experience and we strongly recommend the dealership for their supportive & professional staff. More

Mike the finance manager and Shelly the sales associate very very kind and displayed customer service friendliness to me and my wife. Shelly took care of getting to know us and let us know a bit about hers very very kind and displayed customer service friendliness to me and my wife. She was easy to talk with and took care of our needs and also was there to make sure we were hydrated with plenty bottles of water. Mike helped crunch the financial numbers to make sure i was able to stay within my budget. Also he offered us pizza when he knew we were kind of hungry since it was lunch time. I cannot believe how easy it was to negotiate and sign a deal on a beautiful Saturday afternoon and it only took 3 and half hours to drive away with my certified pre owned Chrysler 300. I mean it was such a great experience at Avondale Chrysler i would highly recommend anyone to give them a try and i am certain you will NOT leave there dissatisfied. Just today, I decided to buy a new Jeep Patriot. I spoke with Gordon Byrn and from our very first conversation I felt I was dealing with a true professional. Once back at the dealership, I completed all the necessary paper work and told Gordon what I wanted for my vehicle and what I expected as a monthly payment. Gordon met with his superiors and returned with figures that I knew was fair. I accepted their offer and purchased the vehicle. I consider Gordon Byrn to be a highly professional employee of Avondale Jeep. I felt really comfortable working with himm during the entire buying process. After meeting with the Finance Department, Gordon Byrn again demonstrated all the items available on the Jeep and assured me that I was a valuable customer. Ron Sedakis - Financed Department. Mr. Sedakis treated me in a highly professional manner during the paerwork portion. He explained all my avaliable options to me and did an outstanding job of getting me the best interest rate. He worked really hard to provide me with a Premium Extended Waranty program for my Jeep. Mr. Sedakis is likewise a truly professional person.
