We went to Larry H. Miller's Chrysler/Jeep in Avondale looking for a specific car for me. Wow was that ever the right decision! DAVID PALMER greeted us and took us to see a huge selection of J Avondale looking for a specific car for me. Wow was that ever the right decision! DAVID PALMER greeted us and took us to see a huge selection of Jeep Patriots without wasting a minute. (It was almost too many cars to choose from, but we narrowed it down to the color I wanted and went from there.) I was impressed with how much David knew about each of the models and their various features. He found me the perfect Patriot Sport! I LOVE this car. Then it was on to the "details" (paperwork). Unbelievably, the time flew and, before we realized it, all the paperwork was done and we had a "smokin' deal." Turns out he was telling the truth: IT WAS LESS EXPENSIVE TO BUY A NEW CAR THAN A USED ONE. Next, we sat down with Eddie Zamora, who made the financing forms fly by in no time. Again, a smokin' deal --- and we are covered bumper to bumper for 60 months. I love that I can continue to park close-in wherever I go, knowing that all dings and dents will be repaired professionally for FREE. No limit!. That's amazing. I will actively be telling everyone with a pulse about the incredibly great experience I had at Larry H. Miller Chrysler/Jeep in Avondale!!! More
Larry Miller Chrysler has always provided excellent service on my Chrysler 300 over the past 2 years. I bought it from them and every time I've needed service they have always fixed it right the first service on my Chrysler 300 over the past 2 years. It's a 20 mile drive, one way, to take it there and I pass by three other Chrysler dealers just to get there. I really believe in their Service Department! This trip I needed a new set of tires. After checking the competition I found that Larry Miller had the same price as the service centers that specialize only in tires. Larry Miller was the only one that had them in stock and could install them on Saturday. Quick trip to the dealership and an hour later I was on my way with new tires. Couldn't have been a better experience. More
We received an advertiser offering numerous prizes on their current sale. So we stopped by and after finding we'd won $5.00 we obviously got the "what we can do for you pitch?" I told them I "MIGHT" con their current sale. So we stopped by and after finding we'd won $5.00 we obviously got the "what we can do for you pitch?" I told them I "MIGHT" consider a new van. So I was offered a drive on a Town & Country with 53000 miles on it. It drove ok but no way were we going to go from a vehicle with 25000 Miles to one with those miles. We were "approved" and were offered a a 2013 with 8000 Miles for $22000 and we were refused the interest rate amount. So we left, with the message come back tomorrow. Upon investigating further on the internet I discovered: The original van was a 2010, with 3 previous owners. Larry Miller Dodge, in the same mall had dozens of new caravans on their lot with prices starting in the high teens. So the old game of bait 'em and switch them is alive and well...For them. More

So here goes, My wife an I went to this dealership a few weeks back just to start looking at our options on buying a new or used Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (4 Door). We told them right off the bat that we were not planning on buying until at least October and possibly as late as December. We laid out our thoughts on what we were looking for and what we were looking to spend. They were all ears and gave us the time of day, even though they knew we weren't planning on buying for a while. We looked at all of our options and we were educated by the staff on what to look for and why to look for it. They were extremely helpful with leading us in the right direction and making smart decisions. Over the course of the next few weeks, we test drove a few different Jeeps and checked out a few different dealerships as well. Larry H Miller was by far the friendliest and most helpful. They has our list of what we wanted and said that they would give us a call if they got something that fit our requirements...(which i expected would be a while, since I was being SOOO picky!) But, after just 3 weeks total, we received the phone call that changed my life as I know it! The PERFECT JEEP came onto their lot and they called me right away! Long story short, we bought our DREAM JEEP and got more than we bargained for at a better price than we expected! Everyone that we dealt with was very friendly, professional and genuine. They didnt want to just sell me any ol' car, they wanted to sell me my dream car and wanted to make sure that I was 200% happy with my purchase! We checked out 3 jeep dealerships in the valley and the experience at this dealership and from Joel specifically was beyond Avondale Jeep dealership.
