New car buying experience The experience was great overall. I bought a Jeep Overland, 4x4 ,eco-diesel that had 2 mx issues within the first 9 days and was then in the shop for The experience was great overall. I bought a Jeep Overland, 4x4 ,eco-diesel that had 2 mx issues within the first 9 days and was then in the shop for the following 8 days. I explained to Johnny that my wife and I weren't comfortable with the car given the immediate problems it had and wanted a new vehicle, same Jeep without the issues. The car hadn't been titled yet so Johnny took our Jeep back and exchanged it for the same Jeep that was in transit. Both the Johnny and our salesman, Joe Scripiletti were very professional and extremely nice. This is the second Jeep we've bought from this dealer, and we would recommend this dealer to any potential Jeep buyer. More
