If you want your vehicle wrecked and not fixed then I would say bring your vehicle to Larry Miller. I wouldn't take my matchbox car here to have it worked on as they will destroy anything and everything would say bring your vehicle to Larry Miller. I took my 85K Ram Truck in to have service work done(X6) for the same issue and every time (X6) they haven't fixed the issue and have broken and damaged other parts of the truck during the repair. Can't get a return phone call from Josh the GM or the Service Dept. Take your business elsewhere!! You will thank me!! More

Changed small headlight connecter without permission and charged $ 210. 4. They had my car for four days and I'm still not satisfied with work done on my Fiat 500L 2014. The incompetence is all through mopar! Their knowledge is down the drain! Just for a radio! Tried to up grade my radio from the 8.4 to the 12 inch screen and they have no clue about it but they sell it🤔 tal down the drain! Just for a radio! But want to charge 175 a hour to diagnose 🤔 Talked to parts and the guy said I have to go to a third party for a oem radio. He was cool and tried to help but this is a joke! Trying to charge $6500 to install when it's easy to do! The programing is the problem. Called mopar referred to dealer! Dealer referred back to mopar! They are a joke! They say your part of the ram family! Yeah right! Unknowledgeable in their own products plus try to rip you off! Thanks don't feel part of the family! Mean while i have your truck! More

These so Called Professionals Wound up Taking Two And a Half Hours(2.5). I Tried Confronting Them About The Situation And Why This Install Took Longer Than The Manufactures Maximum Installation Time, But at That Point They Blamed me Saying That The Time Estimation They Gave me Meant They Could Use All of it After I Agreed. So They Used All of it! And, to Add Insult to Injury They Ducked And Dodged my Calls. I Feel so Disrespected as a Person Because of These Peoples Lack of Honesty And Service. It's unfortunate that you can't trust if work has actually been done on a vehicle when it's taken in for repair. Took my car for a safety recall and dealer claimed work had been done via the invoice actually been done on a vehicle when it's taken in for repair. They subsequently admitted they did not do the safety recall when the concern was escalated to corporate Fiat. Fortunately I was to able to recover the fees paid. However now I have a car that needs to be driven cross country and no trust worthy dealer to perform the safety recall. More
Took my elderly mothers car in for repair. She asked me to deal With them because I know more about cars then she does. I was told It was a broken flywheel, when I challenged this the service manager look to deal With them because I know more about cars then she does. I was told It was a broken flywheel, when I challenged this the service manager looked at the car. And told me it wasn’t the flywheel it was actually an output shaft in the transmission. But they couldn’t give us an actual diagnosis, just a guess. We were told the vehicle would need a new transmission with a quote of over $8000. We declined the repair. When I Picked the vehicle up it was still parked in the exact same location I had dropped it a week early when I towed it in. I took the vehicle to an independent shop. Who had the vehicle fixed, running and driving in less then 30 minutes. No transmission needed. The vehicle was also taken in for a safety recall. We were told the recall was completed. Upon inspection the recall was not completed and we were lied to again. I called and tried to speak with a manager. I was told one wasn’t available and the woman on the phone asked if she could help. I explained the situation and wanted to know why I was charged for an hour of diagnostics when one wasn’t done. I was given excuses. And told vehicles are put back exactly where the are taken from that’s why it was in the same spot where I dropped it off. When I told the lady on the phone I strongly encouraged her to get the message to her boss to call me back so we could find a resolution. I told her if I didn't hear back from someone my next step was to sue the xxxx out of them. She promptly told me that because I was going to involve a lawyer she couldn't speak to me any longer. I told her that was my next step if they didn’t want to work with me. She said you are going to involve a lawyer I can’t talk to you. She told me to contact Larry H Miller corporate. Said thank you and hung up on me. Talk about a predatory business/dealership. Anything to make money off of anyone. With no regard for any moral or ethical standards. More
The sales department lured me in with the promise of a "close to black" colored Challenger. They took the keys to the vehicle I drove there and refused to give them back. I went ahead and purchased the Challenger and during the very first service at their dealership, they dinged both doors! They actually made a pretty good effort at repairing the dings. Now, however, their sales team contacted me to upgrade my Challenger to the Hellcat and set an appointment for me to come in and see it. I checked their inventory and they do not even have one! This is how they do business?!?! I would do my best to avoid this place.. just FYI. More
