Service Department- I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for three years now. Unfortunately I will never use them again. Had a leak in my Dodge Durango, brou I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for three years now. Unfortunately I will never use them again. Had a leak in my Dodge Durango, brought it in for service and was told it was a leak from steering hoses. Paid $907 to get it fixed but this was not the issue. My leak continued brought the vehicle back in and they wanted to charge me another $933 to fix the same issue. I was clear that the leak never stopped, and it was coming from the same location in the vehicle. I was told that "it was possible they were two different leaks" which was not the case. I had it fixed from a local repair shop who not only charged me $200 less than the estimate from Cherry Creek Dodge but also confirmed that there was only one leak and the original repair for $907 was not the issue. Will never use this dealership again! More

She took time out of her extremely busy schedule to extend to me the options that I was unaware of regarding the one, the only, Dodge Ram:) Her personality and level of service exceeds expectations and I would hope that she gets rewarded for going the extra mile in her obvious experienced methods. That said, I offered her a gratuity and she declined pleasantly with a smile, a handshake, and an attitude that will certainly bring me back if/when necessary. First and foremost, Steve Johnson (think he is with corporate) was amazing!!!! He was kind, funny and really cared about us and our needs. This guy is definitely working in the right industry!!! He made us feel right at home, he was personable, efficient and went above and beyond for us.
