Phenomenal Experience in All Respects at LHM Dodge on Havana When I purchased my beloved 2016 Hellcat in South Florida (I could not find the color/hood/transmission combination I wanted locally) and had it shipp When I purchased my beloved 2016 Hellcat in South Florida (I could not find the color/hood/transmission combination I wanted locally) and had it shipped to Colorado I had to decide who was going to service it - distance was not a concern but general "feel" of the dealership/service department was. I chose LHM Dodge on S Havana and definitely made the right choice. My first service at just under 6K miles was a simple oil change and was flawless. Recently I was ready for my 2nd service as I was nearing 12K miles - I also had noticed a slight oil leak and was in need of the nav system/radio software update. On Christmas Eve I stopped in to make an appointment and was pleasantly greeted by Pete R the Service Manager who set up my appointment for 12/27/19 @ 7am. On 12/27 I showed up early - instead of being annoyed by my early arrival as most Service Writers would be, Travis greeted me with a smile and a handshake and said "hey we are not quite open but go ahead an pull inside - its warmer in there" and went around to open the service drive door. Once inside we chatted quickly about the car and he quickly and efficiently verified all the details and needs as well as proactively looking up and seeing I had two minor recalls. He took the car back and showed me where the coffee/lounge was - I let him know I was in no hurry and due to the stellar and easy wifi at the dealership was able to work while waiting for the car. Travis kept me updated on status and much sooner than I expected came out to let me know the oil leak was with the filter which was replaced with the normal service and the recalls had all been done - he ASKED (not pushed) me if I wanted to also swap out a couple of filters which I elected to do. Then we walked out and I was able to meet Tim the technician who pleasantly let me know he had cleaned up all the oil from the leak and that all was well with the car. He also complimented me for being meticulous on my service which was a nice compliment. Less than a half hour later the car was done, washed and ready to go. I paid the VERY FAIR cost and was on my way by 10am. This type of customer service in all aspects and genuine attention to detail is FAR above what I have experienced at many dealerships and it is obvious that Pete runs a great shop which to me also reflects on the general way LHM Dodge does business. I highly recommend LHM Dodge on Havana for any service needs and would strongly consider them for any vehicle purchases as well. Keep up the GREAT WORK!! Cheers - S Horn - Aurora CO More
Always great service and a friendly crew. It did take some time to get through in the phone which is probably a result of a lot of return customers. some time to get through in the phone which is probably a result of a lot of return customers. More

Service department needs to work on customer service skills. Was told my vehicle would take less than an hour for an oil change, was there 2 hours before I went to the service writer to find out what the status was. I never got an answer but my Vehicle had been ready for a while, because the engine temp was already cold again. Also had to go to the back lot to get my own vehicle, which I’m pretty sure customers are not allowed to go or do. not sure if i would recommend. More
I dropped my car off for a thermostat replacement at 11am and didn’t get it back till 6pm the next day. I was told I would be called with updates and ended up having to call multiple times to find out what t and didn’t get it back till 6pm the next day. I was told I would be called with updates and ended up having to call multiple times to find out what the delay was with my Dodge Charger. I was told one price and when I arrived to pick up my car it was an additional 300. I asked to have my tires replaced too. The tech did not give me an option as far as tires to select. He just chose some tires for 150 a piece which is absurd. It was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a repair shop. More
3 hours for oil change - YIKES Called ahead, had an appointment for 2 PM. Took 30 minutes to check in. Found out that my oil change package that I purchased when I bought the car Called ahead, had an appointment for 2 PM. Took 30 minutes to check in. Found out that my oil change package that I purchased when I bought the car - expired??!! I bought number of oil changes didn't know it had an expiration date. Very disappointed on how long the process takes - without any contact, except to tell me there was a nail in my tire, I had to ask if they would fix it - service person said he would have to check, came back and said that they could take the nail out of the tire. Then when I reviewed the bill - of which I had to pay for the oil change, it stated on there that the service would take until 1700 hr. That is not a correct fact, I was not told. Needs better communications, more honest assessment on length of service and quit talking down to me - I have owned more cars than you are old. This is second oil change since the Fiat dealership was moved - since my purchased oil changes expired I have NO incentive to return. More
Worst Service Department EVER!!!! On 12/6/2019 at 3:20 pm I brought my 2018 Dodge Durango in to have my oil changed. I had run out of my free ones, from when I purchased the car, and On 12/6/2019 at 3:20 pm I brought my 2018 Dodge Durango in to have my oil changed. I had run out of my free ones, from when I purchased the car, and Josh (one of the service techs) told me about the 3 oil changes and tire rotations for $90. He expressed that if I just did the one oil change, it would cost about $51. So, I went ahead and purchased the package. I asked if they could check out my car because when I have the heat set to just feet air comes out of the 2 side vents closest to the windows. At that time, I was talking to Brandon (who now lives in Tennessee). They did my oil change and then Brandon told me that yes, I had a bad blend door actuator and that air is NOT suppose to come out of the top when you have it set to just the feet. Brandon said that I needed to get my Durango in to be fixed before my warranty expired, which was in about 3,000 more miles. So, I made an appointment for 12/10/2019 at 7:00 am. Brandon told me that it would take about ½ day and I asked for a loaner so I could get to work. He said, they could get an UBER for me. He said that I would have to talk to Travis because he was moving to Tennessee. At 6:55 am on 12/10/2019 I brought my car in for service. They asked why I was there and I said “blend door actuator – when I have heat set for feet air comes out of the vents by the windows”. They got me an Uber and sent me on my way to work. I called the service department at 12:30 pm to ask about the status of my car, I was on hold so long that I called back. She said that she would have someone call me back in ½ hour. I waited an hour with no call back, so I called again. I talked to Josh and then finally got to Angel who is the service person who I dropped my car off to be fixed. Very long story short, the technician couldn’t find anything wrong with my car and that apparently air is supposed to come out of the two side vents near the windows even when it is set to your feet. After Angel did additional research, he found out that when I had my oil changed, the technician that checked my car, said they found nothing wrong with it. Apparently, when I took it in to get the oil changed there was another Durango that did need the blend door actuator replaced and they got my Durango and the other Durango mixed up. So basically, I brought my car in for nothing. You tore my dash apart for no apparent reason. And yes, it is normal to have some air come out of the top vents even if you have it set for feet only. I had three service guys stand there and tell me that you are not supposed to have any air come out – Brandon, Josh, and another guy that I didn’t know his name. Your service department caused me to lose time, energy and yes even money because I tipped the Uber drivers $5 each. I was originally told it would take ½ day and then told when I called to see if it was ready at 12:30 pm that it is an all-day job and possibly even into the next day. Angel was so patient, especially because he was the middle man, he was caught in the cross fire and he was trying to fix the mess that was left him. He was very honest and I am sure that if I would have talked to any one else in that department there was no way that they would have admitted that they mixed up the Durango’s. I had a bad experience the last time I had my oil changed and thought that I would try to talk to someone first before I left a really bad review. I was assured that things would get better and that they were putting things in place to make that happen. I tried to even talk to the manager of the Service Department and was told “oh we don’t know where he is”. When I asked who was in charge and can I get their phone number… I was told “Petes” and I don’t know his number because I am new here. All I can say is WOW! Pretty much made me speechless. I thought, what do I have to do to get an answer around here? On person answered the phone and asked if I wanted to talk to Sales or Service (even though I pressed the button for Service). I said service and then thought to myself if I was going to buy a new car from you people, I would have had the best customer service ever!!!! You would be calling me; I wouldn’t have to be calling you. Heck I think you would have probably even bought me dinner. One of my favorites for the day was on one of my many calls to the service departments to find out what was going on with my car was when I was told “I am glad you are not yelling at me because I have had a lot of customers yell at me today”. How many really bad things described in this letter do you see? Give me any good reason why I would ever take my car here to be fixed, let along even think about buying a new car from this dealership! Sent this letter to Mike Surey - General Manager and I still have not heard one word back. Guess he doesn't care either. More
