Was told it would take about an hour or so. After 2 1/2 hours they still had not even started on it. 3 hours later they finished it. I could see the wait had I just dropped in. But Is scheduled an appointment to get a time. Not happy with the service I received today. Will not be back. More

Very few car sales people have the knowledge that John obviously has from his years of experience. He understood it was a big investment for me and wanted to be sure I was getting the truck that met my needs - it never felt like he was just trying to close the deal. I bought my truck from Larry H. Miller Chevy on July 15th. It broke down on the way home back to Las Vegas with only 224 miles on it. I was having a very good new vehicle sale experience with Joey until Howard got involve. To make the story short Howard told me that they rather sale a vehicle locally than having the vehicle out of state. M Joey until Howard got involve. My question to him is why the vehicle was advertised for out of state customers to comtemplate buying it. I made the mistake of getting approve (don't ever let them or anybody run your credit specially when they have no intentions in selling you the vehicle) Joey made some mistakes in offering me some incentives but he is a new young salesman and I was fine with the retractions but Howard was demeaning and over protective of the vehicle. E.g. I ask about transporting the vehicle to my location. Therefore, I said is expensive to transport the vehicle with your choice of transport company and I said I found a reputable one for a lot less and insured.. Howard stated we (the dealership) needs to choose the transport company because we don't want something to happen to the vehicle even though you bought it. Bottom line the salesman (Joey) would not call me after my conversation with Howard. But I finally got Joey to answer and tell me that "we are going to sell the vehicle locally and not to you" Please don't let this happen to you or anybody you know. Don't buy from this particular dealership representatives Joey and Howard. I even put a complaint to the corporate office without any call back or resolution. More
