Mr. Weatherspoon was incredibly friendly and helpful. He did not pressure me like most people who work at dealships. He was very passionate about the cars and it was hard not to get excited just by hearing did not pressure me like most people who work at dealships. He was very passionate about the cars and it was hard not to get excited just by hearing him talk about the vehicle. Even after we had discussed the car I was interested in he still was excited to show off some of the other vehicles (a testament to his pride in his job/company). He knew exactly what features were the coolest and most appealing; instead of rattling off numbers and specs he jumped straight into the meat & potatoes, running inside to get the keys - knowing that to drive the car is the best way to decide if it's right or not. He had a great sense of humor and it was very easy to jump into conversation with him. The main thing, though, is that even though it was obvious I wasn't buying the car today he still took the afternoon to hang out with us and have fun. When I purchase my Camaro 2SS I will definitely be heading back to CASA and giving Adam the pleasure of making the sale! More

My husband decided to surprise me with a new car. He drove many cars around town and finally decided on the Equinox. Mike was a big part of that. Mike was wonderful from start to finish! He was a huge part of the surprise, and I don't know that it was necessarily convenient for him to do all that my husband asked, but he sure made us feel like he enjoyed helping! He was not pushy, but was very helpful and honest and went out of his way to make sure we were getting what we wanted, with the deal he made us as well as getting every option we wanted, etc. There was also a problem with getting exactly the car we wanted, in terms of color, options, etc. but he made it happen within 24 hours. When he said he'd call, he did. What he promised he came through with. He was so friendly and acted like he had no one else he needed to deal with when we were there, even though it was crazy busy every time we were working with him. He was so helpful about showing us everything in the car, getting us registered for On-Star, etc. Mike made this a great experience! More

We wanted a very specific vehicle, and had done extensive research on the Internet. It appeared to us that we would have to special order to get what we wanted.
