Purchase of 2016 Convertible Corvette Stingray!!! Went into Mark's Casa to look at the 2016 Tahoe's and Corvettes. My wife and I own a 2009 Corvette which we love!! After test driving the new Convertible Corvette we were sold!! They gave us top dollar on our trades with no haggling. Which we were very happy about. I want to thank Adam and Kenny for the NO pressure sales attitude that they all have at Mark's Casa. These guys were very courteous and just plain easy to work with. Those two were very professional and had an extensive knowledge of the vehicles we were interested in. We had been shopping around at other car dealers in the Albuquerque area and were not very happy on the High Pressure sales tactics. Would recommend Mark's Casa Chevrolet all day. You guys Rock!!! Casa Chevrolet Service is a perfect 10. I am a really good backyard mechanic. I had an electrical problem on my Chevy Truck that appeared to be caused by a bad ground connection somewhere. I am a really good backyard mechanic. I had an electrical problem on my Chevy Truck that appeared to be caused by a bad ground connection somewhere. The symptoms were that all warning lights or many of them came on indicating system failures: ABS, Brake, Service 4WD, rear wiper parking and unparking when turn signals were used. I hate to use a dealership, but I knew from previous service visits that Casa Chevrolet has excellent modern equipment and diagnostic tools, they are somehow able to attract and retain top tier technicians from within the state, and their service manager that I use, Richard, keeps me informed, and listens very carefully to what I do and do not want done. This was an extremely difficult troubleshooting task, but their electrical systems technician, Hector, found and solved the problem. I waited to fill out my customer satisfaction survey until I got home, parked the truck in my garage, and did my post-service inspection of Casa's work. Every bolt was tight. Every clip was back in place, and everything was perfect. And the electrical problem was completely solved. I absolutely recommend Casa Chevrolet Service for any of your GM or Chevrolet service needs. They are a world-class service department, right here in Albuquerque. More

Allow me to premise this with I'm not inept with a vehicle, I just pay them to get dirty for me. I opened the hood and checked their job. Half the work I was charged for wasn't completed (wasn't even looked at) and some of it is in plain sight (tires, fluids, etc.) - the other half is hidden and would require me to re-complete it to check (oil for example). You wasted more than an hour of my time, and took money from me under false pretenses. I'd wager that nothing was done, but it couldn't have taken you 90 mins to turn her around for me. Could it? I'll now be taking my vehicle to a personal mechanic to have this work done. I don't trust these people. I'm going to assume laziness or ineptitude, because I'd hate to believe they knowingly ripped me off. Although, I've been wrong before... More

Always the heart I have been a customer at Casa Chevrolet over the years. I recently sold my house - entire household packed in trailers and Uhaul and awaiting the clo I have been a customer at Casa Chevrolet over the years. I recently sold my house - entire household packed in trailers and Uhaul and awaiting the closing of the house in a hotel with a disabled, dymentia/Alzheimer patient, 2 service dogs. The the AC goes out in my Suburban. The team jumped into action with Richard in the lead, diagnosing the problem - getting me back and forth to hotel, unhitching and re-hitching my Uhaul trailer, and installing new AC compressor. Once the house deal is complete, we will be heading across the desert in a cool vehicle. Thanks Casa for answering a customer's needs in more than one way! Heart and caring come first. More

They said they were, and I asked them for the prices on two specific VINs in their inventory. Even then when I got there, I got the stupid hour-long "my manager is working the numbers" charade, including a full blown credit check (my rating is perfect) followed with an absurd inflated price. They added $4000 to the lease for a car $3000 over the base price. I was dumb enough to let them steal an hour of my life. I hope you, dear reader, are saved from making such a blunder. And this time when they ask who killed the electric car, the answer will be "morons like the crew over at Mark's Casa Chevrolet in Albuquerque". More
My experience with Mark's CASA Chevrolet I went in for a routine oil change, after i received my car i was driving when the engine stopped working. My car was towed back to the dealership and I went in for a routine oil change, after i received my car i was driving when the engine stopped working. My car was towed back to the dealership and I was given a loaner car, while my car was checked out and then serviced. Everyone I dealt with was very professional from the service manager to the service rep, both named Mark.
