The vehicle i had got was 2016 sonic rs brand new one that I wanted but I didn't havery the car for no more then a week and the weather strip fall off about 4 times took it in all those times and told me they didn't know why it kept on falling off. Then they had ordered the wrong part and had to wait for my part to come in. Then when it came close to my first payment the finance bank had no information about my car and I contacted the dealer to see what was going on come to find out they had told them wrong information and the dealer told me they will contact me to fix it then a week pass and no one ever contacted me then I spoke to the GM and so me and my husband had to go back in a fill out a whole new contract and again when it came close to my payment the bank had no information talked to the dealership again and they did not know what happened at all. I wasted a lot of time going in mostly every day. Still to this day it is still messed up and now the car I traded in is 3 months behind on payments and mine and my brothers credit is getting affected by it. They said that they would contact them to catch up on the payments but once again they never contacted them. If I can give this negative 5 stars I would. I never ever dealt with a dealership like this at all. More
Bait and Switch? Just another day at the office. I'm a real estate broker and have an MBA in marketing. I was very displeased with the way the dealership handles its online marketing. My husband and I'm a real estate broker and have an MBA in marketing. I was very displeased with the way the dealership handles its online marketing. My husband and I went in to see a Toyota Tacoma advertised for $17,987. It wasn't quite ready for sale, but they suggested I go ahead and negotiate subject to inspections. However, the salesperson came back only to tell me that they could not offer that vehicle for the advertised price. They could offer it for $2k higher since it hadn't gone through inspections yet. I was additionally told they didn't set that price; that their system 'auto-posts' vehicles for sale. There is so many business reasons this could never be true. Mainly, vehicles should not be offered for sale at prices that the dealership cannot honor. If you are unsure of what repairs it needs to get it ready for market, don't list it for sale until it's ready OR if you choose to list it sooner, price it in a way that you absorb any repair burden. Consumers want to know the prices they see are legitimate. I will steer clear of this dealer from here on out. I recommend you call and ask if a car is ACTUALLY for sale and CONFIRM the price before you waste your time like I did. What I honestly believe happened is they price it without it being a TRD, but I saw a faint mark from an old sticker and asked about it. I think tehy ran the VIN, found out it was TRD and didn't want to honor their price. The lack of professionalism and integrity in this scenario is worth sharing. Cheers ~ SC More

We have been told that the sales manager would have to approve it to the key was delayed by weather in Colorado. I called Mitsubishi and was told that the vehicle should have two keys PEROID. From what I can see and understand this car sat on your lot for over a month in which time the key could have been made. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen and am not afraid to tell a lot of people I know about this experience. Tom Harmon 9125 Copper NE #223 Albuquerque, NM 87123 505-803-4025 More

Came back 2 da Stopped in looking for a vehicle and was told that they would do a search and get me the vehicle that I wanted through a dealer trade. Came back 2 days later and they hadn't done a search at all. I was surprised that a dealer wouldn't want an additional sale in a soft car market. Plenty of other dealerships in the area with a better selection and no BS- I just drove down the street to Gallea Chevy and didn't get the hassle or unfulfilled promises. More
This is what they mean by car salesmen I went into the dealership to purchased a new 2500 HD pickup. They had a truck in the fleet section that I was looking for. The salesman advised me th I went into the dealership to purchased a new 2500 HD pickup. They had a truck in the fleet section that I was looking for. The salesman advised me that all the trucks they had in the fleet inventory were already sold but they could locate one for me. They located one in Arizona that matched all my needs. After coming to a price they ran my credit and I was approved for the truck . All the paperwork was done and the salesman said the truck would be arrive in a few days. After a few days I called the salesman and he advised me that due to the weather the truck would arrive in a few days. Again I waited a few days and called the salesman. He said he would find out were the truck was and call me right back. I did not hear from him the rest of the day. On New Years eve I went in with a friend and spoke to the salesman and asked if the truck was in, He said the truck was sold from the dealership in Arizona. I advised him that I already bought the truck and it was already paid for. He walked back to his manager and when he came back he said they were working on the problem. I was there for about seven hours. During this time they went to the fleet section and drove out a truck they said was sold and offered it to me for $10,000 dollars more. I refused. They offered me a half ton truck which I advised I couldn't use because of the weight I was towing. The salesman then came up and advised me there was nothing they could do. I advised him that this was wrong and I would seek Legal Council. The salesman said there was nothing I could do because They have outs in our contracts and we do this all the time. After a few minutes the main sales manager came up and said that he would get the truck I had bought and would bring it in. The truck came in and I picked it up and left the dealership vowing never to purchase another vehicle from then again. More

Sales process I'd find and friendly, well five months later it's making a noise that isn't right. I take it in for service. They return it about eleven days later. The noise is still there and they won't give me a receipt for service. In the course of "work" the tech ruined the lug nut with pliers before calling to find out where the key is. Mind you the dealer installed the locking lug nuts. They are horrible overall. Do not go there they won't fix anything. More
Buyer Beware!!! Their Mission Statement: "We will stand out as an Albuquerque business of unparalleled quality through honest, professional customer service. Every cu Their Mission Statement: "We will stand out as an Albuquerque business of unparalleled quality through honest, professional customer service. Every customer who walks through our doors will be regarded as an extended member of our family; they will be treated with integrity and professionalism and receive the highest quality service available." I can honestly say my personal experiences with this company is far from that. I purchased a town & country back in 2012. My wife was worried about the automatic doors failing so we decided on purchasing the extended warranty. Our finance salesman up sold us to the "Gold Plus" warranty and ensured us that any electrical failures within the vehicle would be covered. Well, he was wrong. Now I am stuck with a diagnostics bill, and $300+ fix. I emailed the GM almost a month ago and expressed my issues and I am still waiting on a reply. Here is a tip; Look up the reviews for their warranty they sale; Fidelity warranty. The salesman who sold us this either lied to my face to make a sale or didn't have any clue of what he was actually selling. Either way I was duped. Buyer beware. More
