I am only giving one star because I can't give them 0 stars. I brought my 2017 Chevrolet Volt to this dealership because of a faulty BECM battery energy control module. It has been there since August stars. I brought my 2017 Chevrolet Volt to this dealership because of a faulty BECM battery energy control module. It has been there since August 23rd ... so about 11 weeks. I have been working with advisor AJ, supervisor Justin and GM Ish Martinez to try to get my part. What they have told me is that the part is in backorder, however 3 times I have been told that the part is on the way, but it never comes and I have not gotten much of an explanation. I have been calling Justin the manager and Ish without getting a callback. I also finally got a loaner after 5 weeks (a Chevy Spark) which I barely fit in. I have been told twice that I may get a more suitable loaner that would be more like my Volt, but again this has never happened. STAY AWAY from this dealership is my advice. More

Ok, I am from NY so this may be harsh. These guys didn't dick me around. I told them what I wanted and said I would buy if they could give me everything I asked for. They did so I bought my Chevy Silverado dick me around. I told them what I wanted and said I would buy if they could give me everything I asked for. They did so I bought my Chevy Silverado from them. I could not get to the dealer to get my steps installed and to have it detailed during the week so my salesperson Briana CAME TO MY HOUSE, BROUGHT THE TRUCK IN FOR SERVICE, AND DROPPED IT BACK HOME AGAIN!!!! No, that is NOT a typo and no, I am not BSing you. Talk about tremendous service!!!! Both Briana Madrid in sales and John Reid in finance were the ABSOLUTE BEST! I look forward to a very long relationship with this dealer. More

I do Not recommend this dealership. I purchased a New Chevy Colorado and paid to have it delivered to Colorado where I live. It arrived without the bed liner, no owners manual, no second set of keys, no Chevy Colorado and paid to have it delivered to Colorado where I live. It arrived without the bed liner, no owners manual, no second set of keys, no paperwork, proof of purchase, manufacturers certificate of Origin, no temporary tag. I had a brake recall in which I did a online appointment with mychevrolet app. Unfortunately when I arrived they had no record of it. The Service Advisor Emmanuel Arreola said not to worry and they would t with mychevrolet app. Unfortunately when I arrived they had no record of it. The Service Advisor Emmanuel Arreola said not to worry and they would take my truck to complete the recall service. It only took a couple of hours and everything was completed.
