So disappointed in your service. I bought a new Traverse in May and purchased all warranties available. Your finance department assured me that I could get my maintenance done at the dealership in my hometown, Aztec, NM. I went in today and was told they only covered $55.00 of it and I had to pay the rest. I specifically asked about getting the maintenance done at Hi Country Cheverolet in Aztec, and you all assured me that would be fine. It would be covered. I feel really duped by you all especially since we travelled to Albuquerque to purchase this vehicle and was given false information by your staff. I am out $63.00 of what should have been covered. I cannot travel 200 miles to get an oil change. Shame on you. More
Brought my new car in with a problem that just happened, a major problem. They didn't offer me a loaner even after saying they would keep it for 5 days. And the service manager has not returned my calls. So I took my brand new car to Melloy Chevrolet and they will give me a loaner since it's a new car and they'll fix my NEW car. I tried to buy a car from Casa Chevrolet and I was treated like a sucker instead of a customer. I went into the dealership to purchase a 2023 Chevy Bolt and the although I had been quoted a solid offe treated like a sucker instead of a customer. I went into the dealership to purchase a 2023 Chevy Bolt and the although I had been quoted a solid offer on this car from the New Car Director at the dealership, the dealership chose not to honor this price the moment I stepped foot into the dealership, and the offer was nearly $2500 more than what we had agreed upon. I was assigned a salesperson who claimed I had misheard the offer I had received earlier in the day. Then my husband and I wasted quite a lot of time trying to unsuccessfully rehash my original deal. During this process I was told it was absolutely mandatory I buy a lot of options I was not interested in purchasing such as a ceramic coating for $1295, a Clearmask coating for $499 Tint for $499. I finally agreed to leave a $1000 refundable deposit towards a new car when they became available in March 2023. The finance director, Jack Henderson, had a financial accounting system in which he could take $1000 from my back account in a matter of seconds. The next morning, I realized the dealership had ethics that were not compatible with mine, and I requested my deposit back. My husband and I were in contact with the dealership multiple times a day for the next 10 days trying in vain to get the dealership to refund my $1000. The dealership never disputed that they had to refund me legally, they just made it as punitive and as hard as possible to get my money back. One of the tricks they pulled was the finance director texted us a photograph of a transaction receipt that showed he had refunded my deposit back into my bank account. This was fraudulent. No money ever showed up in my account. I filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General, and finally 10 day later, the dealership mailed me a check. My family and I have no intention of ever doing business with Casa Chevrolet again. More

Negative stars is what they deserve. Never have I been treated with such poor service,disregarded and disrespect as a customer then I have at this location. I don't know how much I'm allowed to write here so I'll summarize a bit. My truck battery was acting up again which they installed 2 years ago but warranty is for 42 months. Had a appointment at 8am which I was on time. Had questions about the cost which I still think was ridiculous since they put in a part that failed. So I left my truck with them to do a simple diagnostic and battery replacement. Around noon I text the live options where they are supposed to keep customers updated(another lie) supposedly he went to check and he said it was undergoing diagnostics. Few hours later I asked for update so I can coordinate my ride to pick up my truck. Never heard back from anyone. I showed up at the dealership around 4, standing there like a fool for 10 minutes before someone even asked if I been helped. Come to find out my truck hasn't even been touched. The advisor kept waking back and forth talking to me and mechanic asking when it will be done. But yet they told me hours earlier it was under diagnostics, so they lied about that. He tells me sorry they had other jobs they had to put in front of mine. Well that tells me that other customers vehicles are more important than my needs and concerns . I had a appointment and held up my end they did not fulfill their obligations. They did not communicate with me throughout the day at all except to lie to me. Then they want to keep my truck overnight! For a battery?? I just asked them to bring me my truck and expressed how displeased I was with the big time waste of a entire day and attempt to have me struggle with more time and missing work. The assistant manager which was standing there pretending to talk to someone else new all this and saw what was happening and did nothing or not even say a word to address the situation. I have worked in customer service for years and this entire experience was unacceptable, disappointing and they should be ashamed of themselves as professionals with this level of customer service. Well I hope I can get the word out before any other customers has to experience what I did today. Thanks for reading. More

Getting an oil change is an all day experience. Especially stay away from service rider (Rod) he will treat you like a dumb woman. Had to have my fiancé go In to get my keys back. It took over 3.5 hours this time for oils change. Still don’t know if other issues were addressed. They never answer the phone. Pulled up after no phone call and my Traverse was parked in parking lot. I was so mad. No phone call to say it was done. A wasted Saturday. So basically if u have all day to waste. Want to sit in a dirty waiting room. With nothing special. Because they offer nothing. Don’t mind being treated like crap. Go for it! More
