When we first walked in we were greeted by Mr. Perry Fields. He was very friendly and it was clear that this dealership was far different than any other dealership we had ever been to. We told Mr. Fields that we were very early for an appointment with Mr. Eric Sapien. He told us that Eric was with some other customers and asked us to hold on. Mr. Fields returned with none other than Eric Sapien, who had graciously excused himself to come and greet us. Mr. Sapien told us that he was with another customer but that his co-worker would be taking care of us. I should mention that Mr. Sapien had been in communication with us the entire week before we came into the dealership. Mr. Sapien then introduced us to Tony Ngo and Anthony Romero. Tony had been working with Mr. Sapien on our deal. Mr. Ngo went to bring a truck up for us to look at. Anthony Romero was the manager and talked with us during this time only to find that he had a lot in common with my husband. When Mr. Ngo brought the truck to us it was not the one we wanted. It was so nice that instead of trying to sell us this truck, he went and found the one we wanted in the exact color we liked. Mr. Ngo pointed out all of the aspects that we liked about the truck and let us take it for a test drive. We fell in love with the truck instantly! Mr. Ngo took us back into the dealership and started to hash out our deal. He went back and forth with the manager and finally got the deal that we wanted! Even when we had questions, the manager Anthony Romero, came out and throughly explained all that was going on. We were in and out of finance in no time!!! If we are ever in the market for another car we will be returning to Tony Ngo, Eric Sapien, and Anthony Romero for sure. We will also be recommeding them to any of our friends that may be looking for a car!!!! More

I had shopped around for a new car at other dealerships before finding MARK CASA CHEVY. MARK CASA CHEVY was the only place where the agent actually listened and acted on what I described for my budget and before finding MARK CASA CHEVY. I was verbally promised a full tank of gas and he followed with that ten months after when I walked in and asked for it. Several months after I bought my chevy I had a flat tyre late at night. I pulled in to the dealership just as they were closing and one of the employees stepped up to help me call roadside assistance. He was kind enough to find and call them for me and stayed till the job was done and I was on my way. I cannot rememeber his name but I am deeply thankful for the courtesy and thoughfulness he showed me that night that was way beyond his job description. Our salesman Eric Sapien was very attentive,and listened to what we were looking for. He answered all our questions. He was extremely informed on the features of the vehicles and also had great knowledge of to what we were looking for. He answered all our questions.
