I was verbally promised a full tank of gas and he followed with that ten months after when I walked in and asked for it. Several months after I bought my chevy I had a flat tyre late at night. I pulled in to the dealership just as they were closing and one of the employees stepped up to help me call roadside assistance. He was kind enough to find and call them for me and stayed till the job was done and I was on my way. I cannot rememeber his name but I am deeply thankful for the courtesy and thoughfulness he showed me that night that was way beyond his job description.
