We were comparing some prices this past week on used cars. We made the mistake of not shopping around the first time and received horrible service from Garcia Honda when we purchased our new car. We visited several dealerships and a couple salesmen were reluctant to help us (we're young) and didn't take the time to show us around. I'm very happy we stopped by Mark's Casa Chevrolet, where we were greeted by David Allen. It was very refreshing to meet a friendly salesman who didn't immediately assume we were too young and didn't have any credit. He showed us multiple vehicles and took us for a test drive in a Murano. He also gave us some examples of our monthly payment, which didn't take more than a moment. We were not pressured to sign anything, to make a decision right away or pressed with how the car won't be there when we come back. We left without buying anything, but very glad to have everything laid out for us by David. We also received a friendly text message thanking us for stopping by. We are still looking for a car and most likely will be purchasing one within the next month or two. Mark's Casa Chevrolet will be our first and last stop! We will specifically request David. Prior to going to Mark's Casa Chevrolet, I had stopped at two other dealerships. Neither one had what I was looking for. By the time I got to Mark's Casa I was not in the mood for being steered in a direction that I did'nt want to go, or being "entertained" by another sales person. I was very impressed with the way that Justin listened to what I wanted, threw out a couple options, and did everything to accommodate my wants and my financing needs. When we first walked in we were greeted by Mr. Perry Fields. He was very friendly and it was clear that this dealership was far different than any other dealership we had ever been to. We told Mr. Fields that we were very early for an appointment with Mr. Eric Sapien. He told us that Eric was with some other customers and asked us to hold on. Mr. Fields returned with none other than Eric Sapien, who had graciously excused himself to come and greet us. Mr. Sapien told us that he was with another customer but that his co-worker would be taking care of us. I should mention that Mr. Sapien had been in communication with us the entire week before we came into the dealership. Mr. Sapien then introduced us to Tony Ngo and Anthony Romero. Tony had been working with Mr. Sapien on our deal. Mr. Ngo went to bring a truck up for us to look at. Anthony Romero was the manager and talked with us during this time only to find that he had a lot in common with my husband. When Mr. Ngo brought the truck to us it was not the one we wanted. It was so nice that instead of trying to sell us this truck, he went and found the one we wanted in the exact color we liked. Mr. Ngo pointed out all of the aspects that we liked about the truck and let us take it for a test drive. We fell in love with the truck instantly! Mr. Ngo took us back into the dealership and started to hash out our deal. He went back and forth with the manager and finally got the deal that we wanted! Even when we had questions, the manager Anthony Romero, came out and throughly explained all that was going on. We were in and out of finance in no time!!! If we are ever in the market for another car we will be returning to Tony Ngo, Eric Sapien, and Anthony Romero for sure. We will also be recommeding them to any of our friends that may be looking for a car!!!! More
