I was pleasantly surprised at Laria Chevrolet Buick in Rittman. Salesman was very friendly, no pressure. I happened to overhear a conversation with another salesperson and customer. It was the first time I ever heard a salesman say, "I don't want to sell you something you're not comfortable with". We bought a 2011 Chevy HHR with 16,000 miles on it for only $12,950! $2,000 below book value, and no haggling necessary. That was the sticker price. It's nice to buy a car and not have to go back and forth (sometimes walk out of the dealership) to get to "their" bottom line price. Highly recommended! More
