1.Original service time was changed from 8am to 10am, 4 other appointments scheduled at the same time, which made appointment longer than normal. 2.After oil change locking lug tool was left in service de other appointments scheduled at the same time, which made appointment longer than normal. 2.After oil change locking lug tool was left in service department, had to go back in and get it. 3.Driving the vehicle with my granddaughter noticed the cruise control wasn't working, oil pressure was 0 and check engine light was on, called Laria and they said they're pretty sure it has oil in it, bring it back to dealership, found out map sensor wasn't plugged in. 4. One week after service noticed 2 locking lugs missing from front and rear tires. 5. Called dealership and they said I'm sure their gone by now, we'll order you new ones, when they come in we'll call and install. 6.After 1 week of not hearing from dealership I called to check on status, and locking lugs were in, went and picked them up, did not want them to install. I brought in my car ,2018 Chevy bolt, for noises I suspected were due to the steering. Turns out unfortunately I was right, the service department discovered the initial issue but uncovered more as th suspected were due to the steering. That was initially disappointing to say the least but they really, especially Eric, stepped up with honest appraisal of the situation and went above and beyond to both fix and aleve the sudden financial burden as much as possible. Always professional, proficient and knowledgeable. I never feel taken advantage of by anyone. That’s important. They suck. Won't fix what they damage! Blame it on rust or sap. They placed the jacks on the rocker and not a frame which caused cracking in the paint and bubbl Won't fix what they damage!
