Customer Satisfaction Besides, having a great experience when I purchased my car. I walked away w/o having everything that I wanted in a car. I didn't have my leather seats Besides, having a great experience when I purchased my car. I walked away w/o having everything that I wanted in a car. I didn't have my leather seats, but was quoted a good price and was told if I wanted to come back to install them, they would honor the price. Fast forward three months later, I came back to install the leather seats. I met with Marty Bean and Brett Dolar and they went above and beyond to make me happy! Not only installing the new leather seats, but also quoting me the honored price and for also getting me exactly wanted I wanted (the color I wanted, not the manufactured color for the car). Marty also went above and beyond to get me a loaner while my car was being serviced and had it ready for me when I arrived and made arrangements for me to pick it up as well. Overall great experience and a VERY happy customer for making my vision a reality. Love them! More

Oil change Everyone here is really nice. The only problem is it takes way too long for an oil change. I came a week before it took 2 hours. They came and told me Everyone here is really nice. The only problem is it takes way too long for an oil change. I came a week before it took 2 hours. They came and told me that the bolt was stripped. I told them I needed to leave and I would come back another day since they hadn't even changed the oil yet. Well I've been here today for 1 1/2 hours so far and they just started changing the oil .... don't get your oil changed here. Unless you have all day to sit here and wait. More

Great Service! I've been using Largo Honda's service center since 2012 after purchasing my first Honda. I've never had anyone try to sell me something or repair som I've been using Largo Honda's service center since 2012 after purchasing my first Honda. I've never had anyone try to sell me something or repair something that wasn't needed. Most of my visits are for oil changes and tire rotations only, as I have not had many mechanical problems with my vehicles. All of the service technicians that I've dealt with have been amazing and helpful, but my favorites are Melissa Patrick and James Le. They both go above and beyond to help you out! More

Very fair and helpful and friendly! After purchasing a used vehicle at Largo Honda and signing a No Warranty clause, I had to return to the dealership's service department with an issue After purchasing a used vehicle at Largo Honda and signing a No Warranty clause, I had to return to the dealership's service department with an issue with the car locks. I went in thinking I would have to put out a lot of money. The service department was excellent and only charged me a minimum amount. They ended up taking care of two other problems at no charge, and made my car perfect! Overall, my experience with Largo Honda was excellent. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.
