The level of customer service has declined to a need improvement, some of the representatives attitudes are so unfriendly. They will avoid making eye contact to keep from assisting you. My car was checked out again this past Saturday, 1/11/25, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service received during my appointment with service advisor Lizardo, as well and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service received during my appointment with service advisor Lizardo, as well when two of my tires were replaced with him on 1/4/25. He greeted me upon arrival, maintained an upbeat, positive, and helpful professional demeanor, went above and beyond to ensure my car was taken care of properly, and explained what may have been going on with my car, with additional knowledge for future reference if needed. He was also accommodating with my schedule. The service received by Lizardo on both occasions made me feel respected and appreciated as a customer, and confident my car was in good hands. This dealership has gone downhill the last few years. I had an appointment for an oil change and just left because there were so many cars ahead of me. There's a reason for appointments. I was charged a ridiculous amount of money for a particular part to be installed and on top of that they charge labor.
