Largo Honda - Service Center

I am writing to express my concern regarding the ongoing issues with my vehicle which has brought to your service department on multiple occasion . Despite significant time and financial investment, the pro issues with my vehicle which has brought to your service department on multiple occasion . On December 23 brought my car to your service department because the engine light has turned on after an inspection I was provided win an estimate of 4500 to fix the issue the repairs were completed in three days and I paid $3400 for the service. however on my way home the engine light turned on again I immediately contacted my service advisor Julio and Alex and bought the car back the next day after the second visit the car appears to be fixed. unfortunately after driving the car for about a week the engine light turned on again. I scheduled another appointment to address this recurring issue. I drop off the car on Friday afternoon as agreed but I did not receive any update from your team until personally visited the dealership on Monday afternoon. Despite leaving several messages, no one returned my calls and I was informed that my car had not even been inspected due to how busy the team Was. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and the repeated failure to resolve the engine light issue. I have paid a considerable amount of money for repairs, yet my car continues to have the same problem. To resolve this matter I kindly request the following: 1-A thorough diagnose and permanent resolution of the engine light issue at no additional cost. 2-Regular updates on the status of my car while it is in your care. 3- An explanation of the previous repair and why the problem persists If this issue is not resolved promptly, I may have no choice but to escalate this matter further including contacting corporate customer service filing a complaint with a better Bureau, or seeking legal advice. The level of customer service has declined to a need improvement, some of the representatives attitudes are so unfriendly. They will avoid making eye contact to keep from assisting you. This dealership has gone downhill the last few years. I had an appointment for an oil change and just left because there were so many cars ahead of me. There's a reason for appointments.
