On January 2, 2024, I went to look for an HRV because I remembered about a year ago Mr. Bruno showed me some cars and even though I did not purchased one back then, he was very helpful and professional; th remembered about a year ago Mr. Bruno showed me some cars and even though I did not purchased one back then, he was very helpful and professional; that's the reason I went back last month to purchase my car as I was decided to buy a car. Carlos Perez assisted me. He was very professional, polite and knowlegeable. Also I felt very confortable when I was signing the purchase of my vehicle with the finance manager, Mr. Joseph Czapek. He was patient, knowledgeable and professional. I have purchased other vehicles with Toyota before, but I had a better and pleasant experience with Largo Honda than with West Kendall Toyota. I had my truck oil serviced and discovered I had a leak. I was ask to pay $198 to troubleshoot the leak and the mechanic said it was the oil filter housing where most of the oil was coming out. The entire j I was ask to pay $198 to troubleshoot the leak and the mechanic said it was the oil filter housing where most of the oil was coming out. The entire job was going to cost $400+ with housing at $59. I declined. I left and called Largo Honda parts dept and the gentleman remembered quoting my truck earlier and said I didn't need an Oil filter housing. I only needed a gasket which was a lot cheaper. I was upset. I took my car to another mechanic and he said it was nothing wrong with my oil filter housing, my oil sensor plug was causing the leak. I purchased the part from Advance auto for $51 and paid $40 to install it. No oil is leaking. I paid $198 for an incorrect diagnostic. I will never do that again. Not sure if I will be back for service. More
