2012 F350 Repair My appointment was on Monday morning and I was there on time & they gave me a loaner to go down town. About 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. later they called and My appointment was on Monday morning and I was there on time & they gave me a loaner to go down town. About 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. later they called and said the mechanic did not show up for work and to take the loaner & go home. Service did not call me and let me know what was going on......I had to call them. I did not get my vehicle back until the following Tuesday. Just took longer than it should have. Everyone was very nice and helpful. More

Crappy truck, poor dealership compassion! Stranded on the side of the road 2x with less than 10,000 miles on the vehicle. Laramie Peak said would help me in 4-5 days but, they were too busy Stranded on the side of the road 2x with less than 10,000 miles on the vehicle. Laramie Peak said would help me in 4-5 days but, they were too busy to help me so me, my horse trailer, and my horses could sit on the side of the road until they could get to me. I fully explained I was in an emergency situation and they could have cared less. They didn't get me a replacement or help in any way. They said they had lots of emergencies ahead of me and I would have to wait. So, I had to go to a competitor dealership next door, get a loaner vehicle from them (at my cost) in order to help myself! No Thanks to Laramie Peak - poor, poor customer service. I should have sat in their parking lot all week and let my horse xxxx on their parking lot. But, with no food or water I wasn't willing to sacrifice my animals because they obviously didn't care. $70,000 piece of xxxx truck. More

Great service Took my vehicle in for repair of sound system. Left it so they could determine the problem. They called me back in around an hour and said they have to order a part. The part was in the next morning and they called me about noon to say it was ready. I was picked up and when I looked over to see what a good job on the clean detailing outside plus inside, the sound system really sounded great. More

Briant my salesman remembers my wifes name as well as mine. (I have bought from other dealers where you have to reintroduce yourself each time you go into the dealership.) The other salesfolks always make an effort to greet me as well.. The office staff, and parts department folks always take a few moments to greet and chat with customers. I have always received great service from Laramie Peak Motors and always felt at home while visiting the dealership. I have and will continue to recommend this dealership to my friends and family. It is well worth my 115 mile drive to be treated this well. I have the option of driving 3 miles to a local dealership and be treated like crap. I choose Laramie Peak Motors! More
