Avoid Laramie Ford – Dishonest and Unprofessional Our experience with Laramie Ford was extremely disappointing. My daughter, a college student at the University of Wyoming, brought in her 2019 Ford Escap experience with Laramie Ford was extremely disappointing. My daughter, a college student at the University of Wyoming, brought in her 2019 Ford Escape for a starter replacement. From the start, communication was poor, the repair took significantly longer than promised, and the final bill was an excessive $1,140. However, the bigger issue came when the technician finally called to say the car was ready. He mentioned he had noticed a crack in the coolant tank and offered to replace it for an additional $400. My daughter declined and asked to see the damage. The tank was visibly broken, and the technician casually mentioned that “sometimes this happens when we remove the tank.” She left the dealership, but within two blocks, warning lights flashed and the car stopped. It turned out there was no coolant in the system. When we contacted the dealership and confronted them, they did replace the coolant tank free of charge—only after we demanded it. Despite this, I’ve repeatedly tried to speak with the service manager, Troy Baker, to discuss the situation further, but he has never returned my calls. Mistakes can happen, but attempting to charge a young college student for damage caused during a repair—and sending her off without replacing lost coolant—is both irresponsible and unethical. We strongly advise avoiding this dealership. More

Thisn was my first dealings with Laramie Peak Motors. I was initially interested in a new vehicle until Al told me about a used 2019 Expedition that had come in from California. He described the vehicle to me and discussed pricing. I decided to look at it and decided it would suit my needs. The vehicle was immaculate and the pricing was satisfactory. After an initial hiccup in the price calculations, adjustments were made to make it right. I am looking forward to dealing with the service department. I have been dealing with Greiner Ford in Casper which is most often a nightmare. Numerous times I have taken vehicles in for repairs only to be told they couldn't find anything wrong when there definitely was and I would end up taking the vehicle in several times until they could finally diagnose and correct the problem. One vehicle has been in several times and they have told me there is nothing wrong but there definitely is so I very seldom use it. More
