Took back to Sales was told “ You are not use to the car” There is a Lemon law card in the glove box, go back to Chrysler” by the owner! As a single mother on a tight budget I was overwhelmed with having to suddenly get a car and knew my credit was horrible to be honest. Walt in finance was extremely sweet and never made me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. DJ had several customers throughout my time there but I never felt abandoned or not as important as any other customer. DJ effortlessly touched all customers and never seemed frazzled or rushed. The atmosphere was very relaxed but professional. I had accompanied a friend over the summer to CarSense and to compare the two experiences would be unjust. Carsense was the twilight zone and there were so many people doing nothing. My friend basically did the research then test drove a few cars without anyone going with us to explain things. Needless to say they did not get either of our business. If you are looking for a car with excellent quality please come here.
