Told the salesman the price was not set until we get there to discuss it. He was appalled that I wanted to discuss the price. Gave us a hard time because we had a trade in. This is not five star qualities. Would never go or recommend them period. He was trying to juggle three of us at once, which caused the deal to take three times longer than it should of. Said they would send us the front license plate bracket, it is now January and still not bracket. Called, and called, finally they said we will have it on Friday, three months after the fact. We almost walked out, even got my stuff from the new car, and put the plated back on the trade, and then they became reasonable when they saw we were ready to walk. More

I had my Jeep, which has 167,000 miles at the local garage for two weeks trying to fix a problem with stalling. I originally took my Jeep to a local garage because I was told that the rates were less t garage for two weeks trying to fix a problem with stalling. I originally took my Jeep to a local garage because I was told that the rates were less than an authorized Jeep dealer. Boy was I wrong about the money and the way I was treated. Two weeks and they said they couldn't figure out the issue. Top if off, I was charged $250 to check out the Jeep. Frustrated, I called Lansdale Jeep. I spoke to a service guy named Chris. He scheduled me for a Saturday appointment. I was there at 8am, they had me out by noon! Fixed the stalling by cleaning the throttle body, and replaced a throttle position sensor. Best part about it was the price. I payed less for them to fix it than I did for the other place to look at it . Great job Chris and team at Lansdale Jeep, I will def. come back. More
