Outstanding Service Department I purchased a used vehicle about 5 months ago from another dealer. I complained about the ticking sound it was making from day one. I was assured by the dealer on a total of 3 occasions nothing was wrong and everything was normal. My brother in law who is a mechanic told me no it was not normal. I took my truck to another mechanic and he immediately directed me to take it to Langlade Ford. They concluded it was my timing chain and camphasers. I am thankful to them that they were able to identify the problem and correct it. Upon my request they also did an inspection looking for other issues with this truck because it has been a nightmare from day one. They were able to locate other potential problems and correct them. I feel the service department did a fantastic job. Quality service all the way as far as I am concerned. I would not hesitate to return my vehicle to them should it need additional repairs. More
