I could have (and called alot) gone to any dealer around to look and buy a new vehicle, but the one and only, and when I say only I mean " the only reason " I went to Langdale Kia was beca to look and buy a new vehicle, but the one and only, and when I say only I mean " the only reason " I went to Langdale Kia was because of one person, Jerri Smith. We filled out a online description of what we were looking for and she called us back with in 30 min. Langdale Kia is over an hour away, and with Tallahassee only 35 miles south, the choice should have been to go there. Come on you have to admit it you go from point "A" to point "B" so when it all boils down (to me)it's about customer service, not the price, not the color, not the make or model but how you were treated. I have worked for 2 Dealerships in my life Key Nissan and Panama City Toyota I know the game. So did I pay to much, Sure I did, look at the paper work for your self. Am I happy, VERY, when we arrived at the dealership, we were met by a young man, His name is Hobie. We told him our situation and he showed us around the lot. My wife has been looking at the Sorento for a long time and she is driving the one she was looking at. I owned a Kia sedona for about 5 years and they are great. Ok, I think I have rambled long enough. The bottom line witch is the most important place is we were treated like family, no pushing or double talk just good ol customer service. After 14 years with the same great Windstar, I decided it was time for a new car. I am 60 and bought my first car from Langdale when I was a teen. I have bought all but one of my cars from Langdale. The only one I bought elsewhere was also a Ford but I lived out of state at the time so I bought locally where I lived. I am now retired and have a limited income but two recent insurance payments have allowed me to buy a new car. I searched the WEB and particularly Langdale's WEB sites to see what was available. I decided that I would like a Kia Sportage. I found the salesman, Edgar, to be friendly and helpful. The car is very nice and, although it was Langdale's only Sportage, I made the purchase. The whole process was quick and fairly painless. I hope to enjoy my Kia for many years. My only complaint is that cars and prices offered on the WEB and in TV commercials were not available at Langdale. I did pay more for my new car than I had hoped and more than models advertised, some with more features and priced lower. I must also say that over many years of driving and purchasing cars, this is nothing I have not experienced many times before and not only at Langdale. Over all, I am satisfied with my experience and the car also has good warranty and service options which make me feel much safer now that I have a new Kia. Thanks Langdale and Edgar! More

We will and have recomended Langdale Kia because of the overall satisfaction we recieved. We needed a new car because of working nights and did not want to wory about breaking down. He turned us over to Skip to finnish the actual finance papers, and he went out of his way to find several ways to finance us and get us better rates. They both went out of thier way to help us. They even called us a couple days latter to ensure everything was OK and that we were still happy. They even gave literally 10 times more on our trade than a new car lot in Tallahassee Fl. offered. I originally scheduled a visit to drive the vehicle prior to finalizing the deal but an opportunity opened allowing us to visit two days earlier than anticipated. Called and the dealership had the car ready for a test drive and delivery within 2 hours. After a leisurely test drive we returned to the dealership and completed the purchase within 45 minutes. As a veteran of many automobile haggling sessions, I was impressed. As with any dealership, do your homework and ask for what you want and be reasonable. You wont be disappointed. More
