My wife carried her 2019 Hyundai Tucson in because her check engine light was on. She needed an oil change and engine flush. She was overcharged greatly. They charged her $172. Bought my 2019 from Langdale Hyundai. Been a great car, every time I have had the services done on it, everything turns out great. On Thursday, 12/31/2020 I brought my vehicle in for it's 15,000 mile service along with an oil change and tire rotation. I picked up my vehicle and paid the bill. The next morning, as I was filling up, I no 15,000 mile service along with an oil change and tire rotation. I picked up my vehicle and paid the bill. The next morning, as I was filling up, I noticed something, about 6 my months ago I had a flat tire, left front, and had it repaired. The machnic market the location of the valve stem with a white chalk. That tire was still on the left front. When I seen that, I check the rest of my tires. I found another problem. About 4-5 months back I hit something on the road which damaged my right rear tire beyond repair. I replaced the original tire with a compatible Michelin tire. The Michelin was still on the right rear of the vehicle. Based on these two facts, the tires have not been rotated as stated on the service invoice. I find myself wondering, what else was not completed on my vehicle. I will be contacting the dealership on Monday for an explanation. More
My daughter took her 2017 Hyundai Elantra because the check engine light was on(car is under warranty). The lady in customer service insisted that there was nothing wrong with her car. I spoke with her check engine light was on(car is under warranty). The lady in customer service insisted that there was nothing wrong with her car. I spoke with her and she told me the same thing. She said the technician said there were no codes registered. My daughter left the dealership with the check engine light still on. Had to take it to Tallahassee to Werner Hyundai where the problem was diagnosed, repaired, and covered by warranty. If you have a problem with your Hyundai DO NOT take it to this dealership. Poor customer service More

They made it right! My wife and I had a strange problem with a Hyundai tucson where the master window switches stopped working correctly. The individual door switches wer My wife and I had a strange problem with a Hyundai tucson where the master window switches stopped working correctly. The individual door switches were working fine after we dropped the vehicle off for repair, but after the repair, the rear passenger and driver side switches would no longer work. Initially service stated that we would need an additional service related repair to be performed to resolve the issue that "seemed" to result from the initial repair. From a service perspective, the service staff all agreed that there was no mechanical reason that would create a problem in the rear passenger and driver side window switches following a repair of the the master control switch. As a customer, I was unsatisfied with this response as I brought a vehicle in for one repair and and following that repair I needed two more. I brought this to the attention of the Hyundai leadership. Leadership agreed with the assessment of their service representatives; however, they also agreed with this being an unusual case. Based on the circumstances the end result was that the additional repairs were performed at no extra cost. In the end, I feel that Hyundai made it right and lived up to their service reputation. More
Went there to get an oil change. Touched all around engines that they don't needed to and some screws could be unscrewed by hand easily.
