My experience at Langdale Ford was a very positive one for many reason. First I was greeted very warmly upon arrival even though I had arrived later than I told Mr. Dixon. On my second visit I actually found the car I would end up purchasing, the 2012 Volkswagen Passat. One of the things I liked most about Langdale Ford as opposed to other dealers was that even though it was my first time purchasing a vehicle, they treated me with respect and didn't try to pull the wool over my eyes. They gave me a very fair deal that even though I felt I could have gotten a few hundred off, I didn't try because the original deal was fair. He immediately remembered us and knew exactly what we might be interested in and tried hard to us with in our price range while giving us everything we wanted! The car we ended up buying from Woody came at his recommendation and he wasn't wrong. This past January we bought a new 2013 Ford Focus from him and we absolutely love it!!! Woody checks in with us on a regular basis to see how we are still feeling about "Bridghet" (the car's new name) he reminds us when services are due but more importantly he remembers our names and makes sure that we know that we are important to him as customers!
