I was very pleased with the friendly atmosphere and comfortable setting of Langdale Ford of Valdosta. Fred Dixon was a compassionate and diligent salesman but was neither pushy or boastful. He worked as hard as he could to give me a fair deal, while keeping affordability of our budget and the safety and desires of my daughter in mind. He never once pushed his opinions on us nor did we feel rushed in making a decision. I will happily refer any of my friends and family to Langdale and will highly recommend Fred Dixon. I will definitely be going back to Langdale Ford for our next vehicle. More
Mr. Jack was a great help to me. I really put him to work. I changed my mind about 10 different times and he never stopped helping me find the correct truck for me. I told him what I wanted in a truck and he found me different trucks everyday and called me everyday until he found the perfect truck for me! After 3 visits now with my 2013 Fusion, I will no longer use Langdale Service Department. The first time, they had my car an entire day for a 5 minute fix. David told me they would order the part and it wou use Langdale Service Department. The first time, they had my car an entire day for a 5 minute fix. David told me they would order the part and it would arrive in one day. I heard nothing for over two months. Then, Nancy calls me after over two months and tell me that I need to schedule an appointment for the recall notice I had received in the mail. I take off a day of work to have the vehicle there. When I arrive, they knew nothing about the appointment they had called to schedule. They then told me that it was unlikely my car would need any work done, but that they'd just take a look. However, they claimed I needed less than 1/8th tank of gas to check the parts the recall included. (The letter Ford sent clearly stated that my car was affected and would need replacement parts) Therefore, they essentially refused to perform the recall. They "found" the part they had ordered months prior and supposedly took care of that issue. However, on the way home the problem was still present. I missed a day of work for nothing. After speaking with Ford Motor Company corporate office, they suggested I go to a dealership in a neighboring county. Cook County Ford welcomed me and took care of my recall replacement parts (which my vehicle did need!) and even detailed and washed my car (that had over 1/2 tank of gas, by the way) in less than two hours of time. I had not even purchased my car from them and they still went above and beyond to take care of me. I know where I will buy my next vehicle! ....and my car will never go back to Langdale for service. More

Sales consultant Matt Delashmit was charged with familiarizing me with my 2014 Explorer Sport. He was very knowledgeable and explained in a very short time how to navigate the ford sync systems and familiarizing me with my 2014 Explorer Sport.
