I have had a 25+ year relationship with Langdale Ford. My last four vehicles have been purchased there. Love their "can do" attitude, and the genuine care and concern they show customers. My experience at Langdale Ford was very pleasant. I called earlier prior to my arrival for a test drive, and when we arrived the car was sitting up front waiting on my wife and I. He was very knowledgable of the vehicle, and explained a lot of the features. We told him about what we could afford he and the finance team made it happen. I just bought a 2014 Ford Escape. This is the 3rd Ford we have purchased from Langdale and all from Jerry Anderson. My wife is now on her second Fusion. Not only have we been very satisfied with the vehicles, we were very satisfied with our buying experience. No high pressure, and some good recommendations and a fair price. Also, this is the second vehicle we have dealt with Terry Lewis on and she has been great on the financing. I am sure I will be going to Langdale Ford for out next vehicle. More

We have been looking for about 18-24 months for a Program, Off lease or slightly used low mileage 2012 or 2013 Ford Explorer. We had researched and seen enough units to know the exact package and col Program, Off lease or slightly used low mileage 2012 or 2013 Ford Explorer. We had researched and seen enough units to know the exact package and color we wanted and were well versed in most of the options and how to use them. As luck would have it I drove by the lot Friday 1/24/14 and saw a demo for sale and upon inspection realized it was exactly what we wanted. Due to time constraints, we were unable to get back to the dealership until Saturday mid morning. Fortunately the unit was still there and Holden Hendricks gave us a thorough insight of the features and benefits of virtually each and every option and how to operate the complex electronics, such as Navigation, MySync, etc. My husband's profession requires extensive travel in GA., FL. and AL and he has visited numerous dealerships and he said it was refreshing to meet a salesperson that knew more than he did about the vehicle. As stated above we knew how to operate a lot of the options, but learned of several more from Holden! During the sales negotiations, there was some financial distance concerning the value of our trade in. Woody Kautzman came in and explained how they arrived at that figure and went back to "The secret place salesmen go to renegotiate" and came back with a different figure that was below what I had researched, but again, after Woody explained how the amount was derived, I thought it to be very fair and the deal was made. The entire sales and negotiation process never felt like a battle of them against me. As we migrated to the painful end of the buying process, Marvin Eleazer was quite knowledgeable and helpful in explaining finance options, extended warranty, maintenance packages. Marvin did do something we never expected and was shocked by this but, initially, we gave him a down payment dollar figure and then when meeting with him, we raised that figure. We signed paperwork and were done. Later as we were about to leave showroom with Explorer, Marvin came from his office, (1/4 mile away at Used Car Supercenter) to tell us he had good news. By raising our down payment to the extent we did, the lender lower our APR significantly. So Marvin reprinted the paperwork and brought it to us to sign which I thought above and beyond his job description. He could have simply left things as they were and we never would have known. Overall a comfortable experience and we will be back when it is time to buy another vehicle More
