Purchased a 2012 Ford Escape I purchased a 2012 Ford Escape for my son by conversing with Mr. Fred Dixon. Mr. Dixon was very up front and honest with me in regards to the conditi I purchased a 2012 Ford Escape for my son by conversing with Mr. Fred Dixon. Mr. Dixon was very up front and honest with me in regards to the condition of the vehicle even down to the tire tread. Mr. Dixon even had the car washed C/O pollen so he could accurately describe it. I live in Savannah and was unable to make it to your dealership, so I trusted Mr. Dixon to be honest. I did have the vehicle delivered to me, so I bought it without seeing it in person. I was very pleased with the vehicle, it was just as described. I would by another vehicle from Mr. Dixon and Langdale Ford without hesitation in the future. I recently could not start my Ranger and had it towed to Langda now for over 5 years and the service and treatment of me as a customer is excellent. He is very helpful because he is constantly explaining features and the benefits of each feature. He is not pushy, but helpful. His thoughts are always with the customer, and Jerry follows the customers requests perfectly. A customer feels like Jerry is working for them. And, he is. Terri Lewis is like Jerry in that she is helpful. She regards the customer's needs and carries-out those needs in preparing the contract and other required documents of the purchase to the customer's satisfaction. She makes details of the documents easily understood by the customer. She does everything she can possibly do to assist the customer in his/her purchase. Both Jerry and Terri make Langdale Ford a great place to shop for a new vehicle. More

I have been car shopping for over a year now between I have been car shopping for over a year now between looking for myself a new car and my boyfriend a new car. When my boyfriend purchased his car (from another dealership) his parents went with and thank goodness because the dealers were difficult to deal with and trying very hard to over charge us. I like to do things on my own and didn't want to have to bring any family or friends along for my car shopping experience. I base my feelings on something off of the research I'v done, not someone else's likes/dislikes. That being sad, a 25 year old female car shopping on her own was a what I felt like a green light for pushy car dealers who were sure I had no idea what I was doing. I have had car dealers pressure me, call 47 times a day, or not return my calls at all as they did not take me seriously. I have had dealers give me prices well over sticker price and sky high interest rates because they assumed I would not know better. BUT, FINALLY, I met Mr. Fred Dixon at Langdale Ford. Mr. Fred was nice, courteous, patient and very helpful. We test drove two different cars and he let me take one home for the night for an extended test drive, which I feel like mad all the difference. He responded promptly to all of my calls, text and emails. He even checked in the day after to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. The entire staff at Langdale Ford was great, very pleasant and easy to deal with. I was treated with respect and such gratitude that I would choose them to purchase my vehicle from. Mr. Fred made the difference for me. I WANTED to by a car from him and I knew he was giving me the best deal and best car for my son and I. I am over the moon with my new Edge :) Ms. Terri Lewis was also extremely helpful when it came down to payment, taxes and registration for my new car.
