I had briefly spoken with Jamie Turner one afternoon after work riding thru the parking lot and drooling over the new Edge vehicle, which I had admired for the past 2 years. I decided to talk to her about what kind of deal she could give on a 2014 Edge. She is totally professional; and a patient, sweet, delightful person. She made my experience less painful. I great asset to Langdale Ford. I also wanted to comment on Terri Lewis, she was also very professional and accommodating with the financial portion of my buying experience keeping in line with the amount we had budgeted. We dealt with a sales representative by the name of Shermain Neloms. He was very outgoing and friendly. We told him what we were looking for and the price range we wanted to stay in and he made it happen. He showed interest in our needs and desires as if he was looking for a vehicle for his own family. He made suggestions that were very beneficial in helping us narrow down our choices. What we liked most about Shermain was he was very knowledgeable of every vehicle we looked at. That was very impressive to us. He is young and his supervisor said he was new but it was not noticeable to us.
