It was a wonderful car but didn't have everything on it that I wanted. However, I knew that the only vehicle I would trade that car for would be another Escape! I got on the internet, built the vehicle I wanted (2015 Ford Escape Titanium) and then contacted Langdale Ford's internet Sales. Jerry Anderson was the BEST. He was patient, knowledgable and available any time I had a question. I had located a perfect match for the Escape I had "built" at a dealership in Tallahassee and Jerry contacted them and negotiated a very good deal for me. As it turned out, that car had some damage to it but they had another one exactly like the first one! A total of about 2 weeks from first contact, Jerry and Langdale Ford delivered my new Escape to me! I am so happy with this vehicle and with the deal I got from them! I got a great price on my new car and a great trade for my 2013 Escape - WIN-WIN!! I can recommend Langdale Ford and Jerry Anderson to anyone who wants a great Ford product and a wonderful car buying experience! More

Surely no salespeople would be there to bother me. I had been doing internet searches at area Ford dealers and knew that Langdale and two others had a vehicle in inventory like I was interested in. As fate would have it, it wasn't long before Jerry Anderson came out and introduced himself. It was to cold to do a lot of looking, but Jerry answered my questions and showed me various features of the F150 that I wasn't familiar with. I was impressed with Jerry and left with his card. When I started my purchase process a few days later, I dealt with two dealers in person, and Langdale, via Jerry, over the internet. In the end, Jerry had not only the best price, but apparently had the confidence and backing of management to make the decisions necessary to offer the best deal. Other dealers seemed to have layers of management to go through or teams of sales people to descend on you. Another plus for Langdale is there are no added dealer fees or dealer installed options that you must purchase, whether you want them or not. In the end, I felt very comfortable with Jerry, and found him to be personable, thorough, patient, and very knowledgeable of the vehicle I was buying. When it came time to talk about financing my vehicle, we met with Terri Lewis. We found her to be easy going, personable, knowledgeable, fast and efficient. She is also a good salesperson, explaining the various finance options and available service and maintenance plans. Talked us right into one. Another plus, Langdale will let you write a personal check for your down payment, no bank drafts necessary. In the end, it was a nice truck buying experience.
