Chris from Finance very rude person with customer service On July 8 2019 I went to Lang Nissan to see a Nissan Frontier and I want to negociate the price, but Chris from finance give me a attitude because I w On July 8 2019 I went to Lang Nissan to see a Nissan Frontier and I want to negociate the price, but Chris from finance give me a attitude because I want to negociate the price so I walk away without the car, so eventually I was able to negociate the car, I gave them my down payment of 1000 and Arturo from fiance gave me a receip and he told me when you came back with the rest I will give you another receip, So yesterdeay I bring the check and Arturo was not there so I give the check to chris from finance and I ask for my receip and he went to his office and close the door and I wait outside with sthefany 10-15 minutes later he came out and ask me if is anything else. I replay I am waiting for my receip and he said your contract is your receip and I said i want a receip like Arturo gave to me and once again he said your contract is your receip and walk away withou given me a receip. Once again this guy Chris he had a BAD ATTITUDE and i said to sthefany did you see his attitude and she said Oh I was no paying attention Really stephany you were next to me. I prefer to pay ittle be more as long people give me a respect. this is my first and last time that I do bussines with Lang Nissan More

Not super efficient, but they get the job done! Oil change, rotation and front sensor swap. Took almost 3 hours, probably wouldn't be an issue if I didn't decide to wait there.
