I came in for just an oil change and tire alignment. During the basic inspection, John, the technician, noticed some problems that were supposed to be fixed during a prior repair at another dealership. John took the time to show me the issue, point out the parts that needed fixing, assisted me in taking pictures of the damaged parts, and answered all the questions that I had. Brian, the assistant service manager, was fantastic the entire time. He worked with me on price, explained the services that were available to me, gave me constant status updates, and even faxed all the important information to the other dealership. For the repairs that needed to be completed, the time that I spent there was very reasonable. Brian was courteous, informative, and the main reason I will continue to come back to this location. Brian and John made sure that I understood what was going on, what my options were, and even made sure I had the damaged parts bagged up and ready to go when the car arrived. Even more impressive, I did not feel rushed at any point in time. I knew I was taking up one of their bays, and using John's time, but they waited patiently for me to make my decision, and made sure that I was comfortable with work before they went ahead. I was extremely satisfied with my visit to Landmark Honda and I will recommend them to others who are looking for service. More

I took it back there for service and they want to charge me $3600 for rotors and brakes. I went to Landmark Honda to get a oil change and to see if they would state I need brakes and rotors. I got the oil change and was never told anything about my brakes. So I told Brian about Honda of Bowie and he said my rotors and brakes were fine. I have not been back to Honda of Bowie since then. I am very please with Landmark Honda and wish I had bought my car there. More
I called on a Friday and spoke with Hamada. He took plenty of time on the phone listening to my problem with my Honda and talking to me about possible solutions. I never felt rushed and had great confidence in him after the conversation. I took the car to Landmark and dropped it later that day. Hamada called me a couple hours later and told me what the problem was. Unfortunately, the part I needed was a bit obscure and the repair would probably take several days. I asked Hamada to do whatever he could to expidite it for me. Hamada called on Monday and told me he had found the part and hoped to have the car later that day. He called again later and said the repair was complete - for about 10% under his original cost estimate. The service was outstanding and the repair was perfect. I'll be back to visit Hamada again. I have a Honda Accord I bought from this dealer. Recently, during a trip, one of the wire came became loose after the harness cover came off. Upon arriving at the Service area, Brian approached me and told me he was going fix the problem. He was very friendly. He clearly explained what the problem was. And offer several reasonable options as they they did not have the item in stock. He put back the wire and asked to come back if I did not find any one that could put the cover back and at a reasonable price as I was traveling 2 more hours away. Brian Charged me a fair price for the labor, and I stopped by for them to put the cover back on my return trip as I the other dealer was charging me a very high labor cost where I was staying, Brian took care of putting back the cover in place and did not charge again as he had already charged me a reasonable labor fee previously. Overall The experience was great and the service was done fast. More

Any and every time something's up with my car, Brian fits me right into the schedule, has the team diagnose efficiently, and comes back with options. He takes the time to explain mechanics thoroughly and is very patient with my limited auto knowledge, and I can trust him to be accurate and thorough. Furthermore, he understands that vehicle upkeep is pricey and is honest about helping me prioritize the most important services versus pushing me into all of them. As a female, I feel especially comfortable here--I feel the opposite of taken advantage of; I know I can take Brian at his word! On the rare occasion that he's not available, every other team has provided just as direct, reliable and efficient communication and service. I am more than happy to pay the miniscule difference in price to come here--I actually refuse to go anywhere else. Even if you bought your car at another dealer, come here for service--it's the best thing you can do for both your car and your state of mind! More
