I was truly satisfied with the exceptional customer service that I received at Landmark Honda. Engine light came on and won't go out. The car was analyzed and a leak was found in the gasoline tank th service that I received at Landmark Honda. Engine light came on and won't go out. He had the computer system reset and told me the tank would have to be sealed. I was reluctant to use a dealer since I have not had good experiences in the past with dealers in another part of the country years before. I called Saturday morning and despite the service area being extremely busy, they were able to help me that day, applying a software upodate and resetting two faulty indicators. They even provided me with a reimbursement of a taxi ride to their shop since their shuttle had quite for the day. Milton Cruz is the most professional manager I have ever come across in all of my years. He is sensitive to the needs of his customers making the best out of even the worse situation.
