I purchased my used Civic here two years ago with no intention of servicing it at the dealership, but I was in a hurry and needed a quick oil change one day, so I stopped in--now I never go elsewhere! A intention of servicing it at the dealership, but I was in a hurry and needed a quick oil change one day, so I stopped in--now I never go elsewhere! Any and every time something's up with my car, Brian fits me right into the schedule, has the team diagnose efficiently, and comes back with options. He takes the time to explain mechanics thoroughly and is very patient with my limited auto knowledge, and I can trust him to be accurate and thorough. Furthermore, he understands that vehicle upkeep is pricey and is honest about helping me prioritize the most important services versus pushing me into all of them. As a female, I feel especially comfortable here--I feel the opposite of taken advantage of; I know I can take Brian at his word! On the rare occasion that he's not available, every other team has provided just as direct, reliable and efficient communication and service. I am more than happy to pay the miniscule difference in price to come here--I actually refuse to go anywhere else. Even if you bought your car at another dealer, come here for service--it's the best thing you can do for both your car and your state of mind! More
Relatively quick and friendly. They used plastic on my seats and paper mats on the floors to keep my car clean while being serviced. I thought that was a nice touch. I am so glad GG is back at Landmark Honda. Her excellent service was the main factor in my decision to buy my 2009 Honda Accord (my sixth Honda Accord). I've had a trusting relationship with Hendrick Honda for over 10 yrs. I recently moved to Alexandria and found the same degree of professionalism and value with Brian Cail at Landmark Honda. I took my car in for 65k service which cost more than $600. I was encouraged to also change my timing belt which would have cost $800 but they couldn't confirm that it needed to be changed without incur $600. I was encouraged to also change my timing belt which would have cost $800 but they couldn't confirm that it needed to be changed without incurring those costs (dismantling the front of the engine) so I chose not to have the timing belt replace. They replaced the headlight, did my state inspection and the service. When I picked my car up the brake light error was still on. So when I called to ask why they returned my car that still needed a light fixed, they told me to come back in and they fixed it for free! Overall very prompt service and friendly. Labor rates are expensive, but probably largely due to the fact that it's expensive in N.VA. More

I just wanted to take a moment to say that Brian Cail did an excellent job in taking care of the issues with my Honda. His customer service was tremendous during my initial call, during further discussions an excellent job in taking care of the issues with my Honda. His customer service was tremendous during my initial call, during further discussions of my issues, and in the follow thru to getting my car fixed. I have been a loyal Honda/Acura buyer and had been taking my vehicle for all of its service to another Honda dealership. To make a long story short, they took advantage of that loyalty over the last 12-18 months. So, thru a referral of a co-worker of mine I ended up calling Landmark Honda and speaking with Brian. I will now become a loyal Landmark Honda customer. More
When my daughter's transmission went haywire, she was able to drive over to Landmark Honda from Alexandria. She had just come back from her birth father's funeral and was already in extreme distress. My able to drive over to Landmark Honda from Alexandria. She had just come back from her birth father's funeral and was already in extreme distress. My wife and I were beside ourselves with worry for her and as we live in North Carolina, the distance is another worry factor. This is our daughters first job out of college, a Clemson Graduate, and having a car problem after the funeral was very hard on her. She met Justin in the service dept. and we couldn't have been more pleased with how he dealt with her and her transmission trouble. It needed to be replaced and he was kind enough to have multiple long distance calls to us in N.Carolina. We discussed pricing, parts info, warranty and of course what the actual testing had determined. The replacement went off flawlessly and they even went the extra mile to "help a damsel in distress"- changed fluids at no extra charge, checked other aspects of the car to ensure that all was safe for our daughter to drive and most importantly instilled confidence in our daughter that her car was well repaired and would last a long time with the proper service. These folks get an A-Plus in our book!! More
Landmark Honda and Sean Kearney are THE GREATEST COMBINATION in my long history of car ownership. I've lived all over the country and purchased 14 cars or trucks since my first in 1975 -- never livi COMBINATION in my long history of car ownership. I've lived all over the country and purchased 14 cars or trucks since my first in 1975 -- never living anywhere long enough to use the same dealership for purchase or maintenance until now. I purchased my 2004 Civic Hybrid in 2005, "used" with less than 8,000 miles. From my first service through the latest the week before Christmas, I have only allowed Landmark Honda to perform it all. Sean (of the Tan Team) has been with me from the start ... and I could not have prayed for a finer man to count not just as a service writer, but as a friend. His wisdom and sage advice has seen my car remain as youthful as the day I bought it, though it now creeps closer to 100,000 miles. Though my warranty has recently expired, my loyalty to Landmark over the years empowered Sean to appeal for assistance on my behalf on the most recent repair -- the like of which which keep my car running for another 100k! On the right day, anyone at any dealership can sell you a car, be it a Honda, or any other quality make. But, it's the service AFTER the sale that is the true mark of excellence, and I've never in countless other dealership been afforded the level of pure satisfaction that Landmark Honda has delivered. I implore anyone seeking the highest quality of SERVICE to look no further than Landmark Honda and it's service department ... especially Sean Kearney. You have my word of honor! More

Dealer was unable to replacte problem (naturally) but they analyized the starting circuit and determined that the problem might be either the key switch (very expensive) or a power relay (very inexpensive). We decided to replace the relay since it was inexpensive. Problem solved and out the door for under $100! These people could have stuck me with a very expensive key switch replacement and I wouldn't have known the difference but instead they suggested the cheapest alternative first. I also noted that the dealership is spotless. Everyone treated me in a friendly and respectfull manner. This is not always the case when you are traveling and in a strange town. More
