I live in Washington, DC and wa In 2012, I brought my first new Honda CRV from Landmark Honda. I was very pleased with the initial purchase process. I live in Washington, DC and was having my car serviced in a nearby MD Honda service center simply because of convenience. I experienced a engine problem - car was towed to my regular service location and when they told me I needed a engine replacement and the price I was floored - even buying a rebuilt engine was way out of my budget. I am self employed and needed my car to operate my business. I was getting a good feeling from the service representative. When I told them I was having the car towed and taken to olde faithful Landmark Honda I detected and attitude. Once at Landmark Honda the vehicle was evaluated and I was informed by my NEW Assistant Service Manager, Brian Cail, that a engine replacement was not necessary. The car did require major service but the cost vs replacement cost was much less and something my budget could handle. No matter what my car needs in regards to service it goes to Landmark Honda where I have always experience a professional, exceptional and polite experience in both Sales & Service a Departments. The drive is well worth it!!! I recently was able to purchase a 2014 Honda Accord. Mukesh Kumar, my original Sales Rep. made it happen - I was skeptical. Kumar is always extremely pleasant to deal with, his get it done attitude, professionalism, knowledge & abilities are always appreciated. When called he is always willing to go the extra mile to provide info or answer questions - always with a smile He doesn't make you feel rushed or pushed as some sales reps do. Brian Cali my go to service guy is absolutely wonderful. I thought when I purchased the 2014 that I would lose him but I am happy he is still my service rep. Brian has ALWAYS been very professional and efficient. He pleasant demeanor just makes you comfortable and I totally trust his expert opinion & evaluation results. I have never felt that I have been taken to the bank as they say with my service expenses. I run several businesses and time is money - Brian understands my needs and whether I need a rental or I have the time to wait which is rare - handles my needs efficiently, effectively & expeditiously - always with a SMILE. Both Mukesh & Brian have my stamp of approval to represent the quality of customer service that make Landmark Honda stand out from the rest in proving 100% Exceptional Customer Service with a 5 Star Rating. Landmark Honda and I have a winning team in sales and service with the service provided by Mukesh & Brian. I give xxxxxxonly when they are due. So gentlemen, I've applaud you both - now baby take a bow!!!! More
Brian is the Man with the Plan! Brian welcomed me over to his counter and confirmed my paperwork. I decided to stay and wait for my car to be finished so I waited in the wait area. About 45 minutes passed by and Brian walks in with a box full of Honda hats and bags and let each customer pick whichever they wanted. I thought this was so thoughtful seeing as people are normally grumpy early Monday morning lol. So it brought a smile to my face (I picked the bag...a girl loves a bag). Anywho, the technician who serviced my car was Gerardo Herrera who did a wonderful job with it and Brian Cail was such an awesome customer service rep, he really made my visit there one to remember. I was writing a review to say I will be returning to my old mechanic in Old Town. I called to schedule an oil change. My wife and kids took the car in. There was some miscommunication where we were charged for a great deal more than I had expected in taking the car in for an oil change. Brian called me when the car was done and I told him I was extremely disappointed with what had happened and felt frustrated and taken advantage of. He heard me out and understood and apologized for any misunderstanding and made it right. Landmark continues to impress me while being a dealership and offering unsurpassed customer service. More

I had a flat tire on Monday afternoon, called Sean and coordinated for a Tuesday Monday appointment. Dropped my truck off before business hours with a note indicating I needed my truck back by 1100. Sean called at 9 am to explain the tire was beyond repair then explained options available (buy one tire or two tires, alignment/no alignment) No pressure. After I made my decision it would be ready at 11 am. It was! Sean was also able to give me a customer loyalty discount (Every little bit helps!) The service was great and timely -- Sean continues to be the consummate professional -- patient, understanding, prepared to answer questions and an excellent communicator proficient in his duties. Gee, it was done at 11.30 and I was able to use the coupons I received from Landmark/ Sean sent in an email. Again I was pleased with Sean's professionalism, pleasant personality and patience. Sales team is good; service department is exceptional I'm biased a bit - I've bought 7 or 8 Hondas from Landmark since 1974, and while the sales team has made the buying experience painless over the year I'm biased a bit - I've bought 7 or 8 Hondas from Landmark since 1974, and while the sales team has made the buying experience painless over the years, it's really the service department that brings my wife and me back to Landmark. My service advisor is Gus Cucalon, and the technician who works on my wife's Fit and my Accord is Gustavo Ramos. Gus Cucalon greets me by name at every visit, and somehow keeps a condensed version of our cars' service histories in his head - that's impressive because those histories go back several cars and 6 or 7 years - and Gustavo comes out of the service bay to personally let me know what he found and what he did whenever I have a question. The consistency of the service personnel, the willingness of Larry Shiflett, the service manager, to dig into difficult problems on behalf of the customer (me), and the personal attention that Gus Cucalon has given over the years makes it easy for me to figure out where I'm going to buy my next Honda! More

Intake went smoothly, Sean had some coupons to help with the cost. The work took about an hour. He also printed out a prioritized list of services that would be needed within the next six months. (NOTE: My CRV is almost 10 years old and is a great vehicle.) He took the time to explain each service and a ball-park cost estimate. I can always depend on Sean to be honest, pleasant and professional. Mr. Boon, the valet, is always so polite and when you leave he sends you off with a smile. I appreciate the consistent excellent service I receive. More
