I have not been satisfied with my service at Landmark at all. The car has issues that I mentioned during the test drive. I was told they would be repaired before purchasing. They were not repaired. I called to inform the salesman that the repairs we not made and the salesman told me he had forgotten. He scheduled me an appointment to come in and have the repairs made. When I came in, no one knew what I was talking about and the salesman was not there. They finally got me in for repairs and my car was brought back to me. I was not given any information on what was fixed, and my car is still making noise. I was also promised a second car key which I have asked about several times with no answer. VERY disappointed in my car-buying experience. More

I was treated like a customer as soon as I came into the dealership. 9/11/2023 Disappointing Service and Lack of Resolution I recently brought my RV to Landmark Ford Truck Service Center in hopes of getting my AC unit fixed. Unfortunately, my experience with their servic I recently brought my RV to Landmark Ford Truck Service Center in hopes of getting my AC unit fixed. Unfortunately, my experience with their service was far from satisfactory. Upon their initial inspection, they informed me that my AC unit was low on Freon but not leaking. I trusted their expertise and paid the hefty $290 service charge, hoping that my AC would finally start blowing cool air again. However, to my dismay, the problem persisted even after their supposed repair. When I reached out to Landmark Ford Truck Service Center to request a reevaluation, they said they would look into my complaint and get back with to me with to do further diagnosis to determine the issue and come up with a resolution, to date I've not heard back from anyone regarding my complaint. This lack of willingness to rectify the situation left me feeling incredibly disappointed and frustrated. As a customer, I believe in giving businesses the opportunity to correct their mistakes. However, Landmark Ford Truck Service Center's unwillingness to address the ongoing issue with my RV's AC unit has left me with no choice but to seek assistance elsewhere. I expected better service and a resolution from a reputable service center like Landmark Ford Truck Service Center. Their failure to deliver on their promises has not only inconvenienced me but also left me out of pocket for a service that didn't yield any positive results. Based on my personal experience, I regretfully cannot recommend Landmark Ford Truck Service Center for RV repairs. It's important for customers to be cautious when considering their services, as my experience suggests a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and effective problem-solving. More
Found bronco sport on dealer website,and was helped by a very knowledgeable lady who emailed car info . Then was contacted by a very knowledgeable salesman named Jeremy Loki’s. All the people at landmark Ford were wonderful to work with and highly recommend them to anyone wanting professional, knowledgeable and courteous treatment when purchasing a new vehicle!
