Excellent service We went to Landmark to look at a specific Jeep Renegade that they had in stock. Unfortunately, they had just sold it. Our salesman Jacob Wheeler sea We went to Landmark to look at a specific Jeep Renegade that they had in stock. Unfortunately, they had just sold it. Our salesman Jacob Wheeler searched on the dealer base and found the perfect vehicle for us ( 4x4, Winter Package, remote start, and correct color). The staff immediately contacted the dealer with the correct vehicle and arranged to have it delivered to Landmark. I must say that I was dreading the whole new car buying experience, but the staff at Landmark made it actually enjoyable. More

Fair Deal, Poor Following I have been involved in many used car sales, but this was by far the worst. They have it down to confuse people and say whatever it takes to get peopl I have been involved in many used car sales, but this was by far the worst. They have it down to confuse people and say whatever it takes to get people to buy the extended warranties. I definitely feel ignorant for believing the numbers that were thrown out to me. The process took so long that I was not on my game. Evidently they make enough money to not care about all of the negative impacts these behaviors have on people's lives. More

The rest of the friendly staff took care of us as well, like Cliff Reser, making sure we had everything we needed all the way to cookies and water.
