New in the area. Called AAA because the car would not start or do anything. AAA came and advised us that the silent security system had armed and that there was something wrong with my husbands key. She told me to have my husband ask for her and that she would help him. He drove the car there and he informed me that it was huge especially in comparison with the local dealership we had always dealt with in a small town in PA. He stated that she was professional, explained what had happened and did everything possible to see that he got the service he needed. More

This was the 3rd new vehicle I have purchased there and every visit was like visiting old friends! I work with the same great saleaman, Ernest Hamilton because he is up to date on all Chrysler products so every visit was like visiting old friends! I work with the same great saleaman, Ernest Hamilton because he is up to date on all Chrysler products so when I tell him what our needs are he knows just what particular models I will be interested in. Even when I want to test drive other new models just in, Ernest says no probelm. We usually spend 4-5 hours every visit so we also have lunch on them, when they are doing the great BBQ! And the prices can't be beat, but beware that as a buyer sometimes you MUST know how to negociate prices and options as all dealers are trying to make a profit. The question is, how much are you going to give them. Service dept is great, clean and easy to get to and great waiting area. More
