This was by far my best car buying venture ever. My sellsman Joe Graves did a wonderful job. He walked me through the process step by step. He listened to my needs and gave me exactly what I wanted. when my wife and i walked into landmark we were greeted by rodney to see if he could help us.we were not sure what type of vehicle we were looking for so rodney gave us time to look around{that was great}a by rodney to see if he could help us.we were not sure what type of vehicle we were looking for so rodney gave us time to look around{that was great}after we had a basic idea rodney let us test drive several different styles and suggested a couple of other kinds of cars.after we found what we wanted rodney went to work on getting us into that car with a price we could afford,it took alittle bit of time but rodney went to bat for us and did a great job.that was in 2010 in 2011 we upgreaded to a newer model of same car again worked with rodney.Rodney just want to say THANK YOU and and the service department for all your hard work and friendly atmisphere.we will and have recommended landmark dodge and rodney to our family and friends.we love the challenger thanks. Like most people...I dreaded dealing with a sales person to purchase a car. I knew what I wanted and didn't need anyone to convince me. I was contacted by Chuck first and simply told him that I was just l to purchase a car. I knew what I wanted and didn't need anyone to convince me. I was contacted by Chuck first and simply told him that I was just looking. After I found a car that they had that interested me, I stopped by. Chuck was not in so Austin and Patrick helped me. They showed me the car that I was interested in and another like it that had just been traded in. While it was not exactly what I wanted, I liked the car. We discussed pricing and I told them that I wanted to do a little research on the car and insurance for it. They did not pressure me and understood. Once I was comfortable with the reviews the car was getting and knew that there were no suprises coming regarding insurance coverage for it...I asked for the best price. Once I was comfortable with the price I agreed to stop back by and test drive it once more. I wound up buying the car and was impressed by everyones courtesy and helpfulness. More

I had the opportunity to purchase my vehicle last night from Landmark Dodge. While searching over the months I can say many dealerships turned us off due to the pushy salesman tactics and just wanting to from Landmark Dodge. While searching over the months I can say many dealerships turned us off due to the pushy salesman tactics and just wanting to get a sale. When we walked in to Landmark Dodge a couple days ago we were greeted by Christopher. At that time my guard when up and I was not looking forward to being pushed by a salesman. As time went on we found that Chris was so respectful, professional and willing to do anything to assure our visit was a good one. We then had the opportunity to meet Rodney and a few other people who were just as nice. After a couple days of going back and forth from Dodge to Ford we decided on what kind of vehicle we wanted. We have always been Ford people but by the customer service we recieved from the guys at Landmark it helped us be comfortable with the change. Rodney called me yesterday after working all the numbers out with my husband to see if I was ready. Anytime Rodney and Christopher called me they were so well mannered and all about my needs. When I got to the dealership last night at 9pm I was greeted by Rodney, Christopher and another nice gentlemen (Dale ?). The gentlemen took time with my children and I again and went over the truck details to assure I was familiar with all it had to offer. Rodney took us out for another drive and when we got back all the papers were ready to be signed and it was as easy as that. Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience! More
