Jeff provided us with the easiest at buying experience we have ever had. By the time we made the two hour drive Jeff had already done all of the leg work and had exactly what we were looking for ready for us have ever had. I called the day before my visit, completely under the impression I would be needing to purchase valve cover gaskets for my vehicle. It was during this particular conversation I had a chance to speak with a Mr. Kevin Cowart, a service advisor with Landmark, who suggested I simply bring the car in, since I was in need of an oil change anyway. He further advised I may not actually need to purchase the parts, additionally suggesting I wait for one of Landmark's service professionals to take a look at things. After I brought my car in the following day, the cars true condition was ascertained; concluding I never needed valve cover gaskets to begin with; that simply oil had probably spilled along the sides during my last change. He recommended I take my car to a self-serve car wash facility, and rinse around the immediate area. Since I had originally been told I needed the valve cover gaskets by another establishment, who probably perceived me as somewhat ignorant to cars and the what-nots of "under the hood" mechanics, it really means a lot to me that someone was honest with me, and was able to save me a dollar. I would recommend Landmark Dodge to ANYONE!!!! This is my second time purchasing a vehicle with them in the past two years and they are the best dealership I have ever dealt with. In December 2010 I went my second time purchasing a vehicle with them in the past two years and they are the best dealership I have ever dealt with. In December 2010 I went to trade in my Chevy Malibu. I had purchased it from a cash car lot, and it needed work. Not mention I had an exhorbitant interest rate due to the fact that I had two repos AND was self employed. By the time I went to Landmark to trade it in, I had almost two years of good payment history on the Malibu, plus w2 employment, so I wanted to see if i could get out of a bad car and bad loan. Not only did Landmark get me out of the Malibu, I got a brand new FULLY Loaded Dodge Avenger, I got my interest rate cut in half, PLUS they threw in a year of maintenance! Yesterday (6.22.12), I got a call from salesman Joe Graves asking me if I was interested in trading in my Avenger, since it was at its peak trade in time. To be honest, trading my car in was the LAST thing on my mind. I was extremely happy with my Avenger, and although it was getting a bit tight for my husband and growing twins, I was not in a position financially to get a new car--especially if I had negative equity. Not only that, I had only a half a tank of gas to get me until payday, so I could not even really afford the gas to get me to the dealership. Joe reassured me that they could get me a good trade in price for the Avenger, get me in something bigger and more comfortable for my family, AND get me a lower interest rate on the loan since I had no late payments on the Avenger--and that if he couldn't, he would make sure he replaced the gas in my car. So it was a win win for me to say the least. I was at the dealership at 12 noon. By 4:30pm I was driving out in a 2012 Dodge Journey, with a lower interest rate, GAP insurance, three years' maintenance, AND NO MONEY DOWN!!!!! They don't call Joe "Smooth" for nothing!!! Because of Landmark Dodge I have come to enjoy buying cars. They will be my dealership for life. If you want a pleasant experience where you are treated with respect and fairness, that's where you need to go. My family LOVES the Journey. In fact my kids are in the garage camping out in the backseat as I type this testimonial. Thanks Joe so much for another great car buying experience(and a special shout out to Frederico my finance guy!) See you again in two years when I come to get my Durango! More
