The selection is realy good. I went in looking for a used Chrysler 300 and they about 7 of them. Joe was able to get us in one of them, with in our budget. Joe Graves really made my day today. I came in his office to trade my 1999 camry in and walked out with a new 2013 dodge dart. Mr. Graves really puts alot of effort into his career because even though we wer to trade my 1999 camry in and walked out with a new 2013 dodge dart. Mr. Graves really puts alot of effort into his career because even though we weren't easy people to talk to, he still made sure before we let his office we were completely satisfied. He let me test drive the car and explained to me what all the functions do and he made sure my car was up to my standards before I left dodge. I give Mr. Graves 5 stars for excellent customer service, and I am also recommending people who are looking to lease a car ask for him cause unlike others he will take care of you, and that's exactly what he did for me. I purchased a new 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee in December 2011 from Landmark. I was interested in the new JGC since I first saw it back in the summer. I went to Landmark in August to get a closer look and test drive. (I put up my guard anticipating the usual high pressure sales tactic routine.) Mr. Chuck McCall came up to me and introduced himself and began explaining everything in detail about the vehicle. I did lots of research before I came to the dealership and he knew everything I already knew and more. We did the test drive and I was very impressed, although I was not yet ready to purchase. He told me that he would keep in touch, (which at a dealership usually means that they will call you every day until you change your phone number.) It was nothing like that with Chuck. He called a couple of times to let me know about new sales and offers but never came across as pushy. December came around and I was ready to buy. I brought my wife to the dealership this time and we did another test drive, just to be sure. We were convinced that we wanted the vehicle and that we wanted to purchase it from Landmark, wholly due to the service we received from Chuck. I signed all the paperwork in the afternoon but had to go into work for a couple of hours. Once I came back that evening, I handed over the keys to my trade-in and Chuck had my new dream vehicle detailed and ready for me. It's been a year and I still love it just as much as I did on day one. Thanks, Chuck! More

I am a repeat customer to Landmark. I have tried Chevy and Ford and never had the quality service that has been provided by Landmark. This is my 8th vehicle I have bought from Landmark and always had good luck. My sales rep Ian was great and Tim wheeled and dealed as he always does for me. Ian wasn't pushy, and took as long as I wanted to look at vehicles and hear my thoughts. When it finally came to making the purchase they fought for me and got me a great deal and interest rate. I dealt with Yusef as my finance man, didn't care for him, and so try to get different gentlemen if you can. Was VERY pushy about the extended warranty and wouldn't take no for an answer, continued to push it and try to sale it after I had made my intentions clear. Then he started in on me about GAP insurance. Tried to push that when I told him no, then he started in on how my insurance doesn't cover it, and how would I pay for it, even when I answered those he continued pushing it. I had to become a little blunter about not wanting the Gap or extended Warranty. I did not have any paycheck stubs on me and wouldn’t be returning to work to get them until Friday, I bought it on a Monday. I told him it would be Friday when I would get that stuff to him, he agreed that would be ok, and not even within 5 minutes started in on me wanting them sooner. I told him I was off and was going to enjoy my off time and he could just wait until I returned to work. Once again he said "ok" and not within another 5 minutes started in on me about the paycheck stubs. As far as looking and the sales team amazing, would go back and have been referring people there, finance try to steer clear of Yusef and get one of the other gentlemen. The least enjoyable experience about car shopping is being pushed while Ian and Tim didn't, Yusef made up for what they didn't push. Defiantly use Ian, and use Landmark. More
