Where do I start?? One thing I know for sure, I will NEVER use Landmark Dodge for anything. It has been a nightmare. On November 9th, I drove my car to the dealership for numerous reasons. Two of the re NEVER use Landmark Dodge for anything. It has been a nightmare. On November 9th, I drove my car to the dealership for numerous reasons. Two of the reasons was due to my car running hot and fluid in my coolant reservoir being discolored. I was told they would do a diagnosis and call me with their findings. It took them 3 days to finally assign a service advisor to me. On the 13th, I sent a text to get an update, no response. The 14th, I sent a text, a response was received saying that it hadn’t been looked at and I would have an update soon. The 15th, sent another text because I never heard anything else on the 14th. I received a phone call stating that they figured out what was wrong. I had a misfire, my thermostat housing and both thermostats needed to be changed AND my catalytic converters was bad. I inquired about my coolant color and was told that due to the thermostat issues it was causing my coolant to burn. I gave them the ok to proceed with the services. I called numerous times to get an update on the completion of my vehicle and nobody knew anything because my service advisor was out on vacation. My husband had to go to the dealership to get an update, once again no one knew anything. On the 30th, I was over it. My husband and I went to back to the dealership to get an update just to find out the park had been completed but the tech had not closed out all the lines. I paid $1500. On Tuesday, my car ran hot. My husband took it back to the dealership. I sent a text Wednesday to get an update, an update was not available. I called to speak to a manager at that point. The manager called me back to let me know that I had a blown head gasket. The coolant and oil was mixing in my reservoir, which it was doing in November. My husband is a mechanic and knows. The service advisor called and my husband tried telling him that they misdiagnosed my car from the beginning. I’m now out of $1500 and my car. I’m frustrated!!! Stay away from this place!!! More

Scratched my car before I even took it home I purchased a car from this location on 12/13/19 and worked with a salesman named Lamin Ceesay. My dad and I were there for maybe an hour waiting for the sale to be finalized, which was fine. Then when the car went into detailing were told it would be about 2 hours so we left and came back and it still wasn’t done. Again, I was fine with this and we were assured it would be about 30 minutes more. We didn’t leave until 6 PM, which was several hours later, and it was dark outside, so I didn’t get to look over the car as thoroughly as I would have liked to. When we got home, we noticed a significant scratch on the car. The scratch was too large to have been missed when we took the test drive so the only conclusion was it must have happened after he took it to get cleaned. The scratch wasn’t even in the pictures they had on the website at the time I bought it (unfortunately, I didn’t get to screenshot them.) I texted a picture to the salesman and was told he would tell the manager. After a few day, I texted a follow up message and got no reply. On my next off day (12/21/19) we went back to the dealership and were gaslighted by Ceesay and the Used Car Manager, J.B. Horne, who assured us they would have sold the car even with such a large scratch because it was an as-is sale and refused to even look at it. My dad asked for the General Manager’s information and Horne refused to give it to him, so we asked the receptionist, who’s name I did not catch. She gave us a name and a number which I immediately looked up and is the number listed as the general number on google and the Internet Sales Manager’s number on the website. The name she gave us however was not the same manager. This was my first car buying experience and, honestly, I wouldn’t have even cared if they just said they couldn’t fix the damage and at least acted like they cared. No one involved seemed to car that the car was damaged after the test drive and before I took it home. It’s clear that they only care about making a sale and not the happiness of the customer. I shouldn’t have to pay for a mistake they made during the detailing process. I will definitely be steering anyone I encounter away from this place. Horrid customer service. More

Took my car in because it was making noises and an oil change. well, the oil change didn't happen. picked up my car at 33+ thousand miles drove out of the lot and the banging was louder than ever. Turned right around and took it back. A few days later I was told that it needed a new transmission, Every few days I called and was told the transmission would be delivered in two days, this went on for 2 days or 3 days or another 2 days. After 2 weeks I called Chrysler myself inquiring about the transmission. I was told it would be there on Nov. 25th it arrive on the 23rd, the agent called me on the 26th and told me it had just arrived not knowing I had received an email telling me the day it was delivered. I was then told they had one technician to put in transmissions but he would not be back to work until the following Monday. I was so fed up with the lies, I informed them I would pick up my jeep on 12/2. I didn't get there until the 3rd and was informed that the car was ready. By the time we picked up the car it now had 35+ thousand miles, They could not explain the extra 2000 miles put on my car for the 2 months they had my jeep. finally drove out and we got about 6 miles out before the banging started, but I was not taking it back there. My son drove it to work that night and told me the next morning the banging was worse and lasting longer. He was going to drive it to my house and park it but when he went to start the car nothing. no lights nothing came on. It just wouldn't start. Do Not take your car there Ever. I will be contacting Chrysler. More
Traveled for nothing. Poor sales - All Gimmicks I travelled 2.5 hours with my daughter to purchase a 2016 Jeep Renegade that was advertised on Autotrader, Cars.com and Car Gurus for $12,499. Upon en I travelled 2.5 hours with my daughter to purchase a 2016 Jeep Renegade that was advertised on Autotrader, Cars.com and Car Gurus for $12,499. Upon entering the dealership we were approached by salesman Laminated Ceesay. I told him which vehicle we were there to see and he looked at his paper (list of vehicles) and said “ok, that’s listed at $16,999. I said, Nope, $12,499. I showed him the stock # and it matched his sheet and he said “I don’t know who advertised that at that price. I explained to him that the KBB value was $13,400 so I knew it wasn’t listed for $16,999 and said “I’m not playing this game”. He then got really perturbed that I wanted to look at the vehicle without a salesperson standing over us. He did however give in. We drove the vehicle, inspected it and decided to see what kind of deal we could work out. We were trading a 2012 Ford Focus SEL with 122,000 mikes on it in good condition with a KBB trade in value of $2,800 - $3,100. Since it had a broken key fob and a tire sensor that needs replacing I didn’t mind getting a $2,800 offer for trade. They really didn’t like that my local bank was going to be financing the vehicle either. Their offer: $200 off list price and $1,500 on trade in. I chuckled and explained they weren’t even close. I expected to walk out of there, tax, tag and title at no more than $11,000. He said “That won’t happen. This is our best offer”. I explained loudly that they wouldn’t have to worry about dealing with me anymore and I left. This dealership seems to prey on uneducated buyers that don’t understand the process. They are all about gimmicks. I’m not so sure they didn’t purposely advertise this vehicle low to draw in someone they could take advantage of. Stay away from Landmark. More
Worst Option in Atlanta area This dealership refused to honor the Affiliate pricing on a Dodge Charger Scat Pack and said the best they could do was MSRP. I explained to them that This dealership refused to honor the Affiliate pricing on a Dodge Charger Scat Pack and said the best they could do was MSRP. I explained to them that others were honoring it and they gave me a sarcastic 'Good Luck with that'. Well, their wish for me must have worked because I contacted two other dealers and both said they would honor it. If they will screw over their affiliates, they will screw over you. I just checked the Google reviews and it looks like they are the lowest rating Dodge dealership anywhere near Atlanta, Go somewhere else...literally anywhere else. More
On 9/25/19 I purchased a used 2013 Cadillac SRX from this dealership with Farimang Ceesay as the salesman. The car was in overall great condition. He helped me check over ever feature. He had the dvd player dealership with Farimang Ceesay as the salesman. The car was in overall great condition. He helped me check over ever feature. He had the dvd player going and assured me the car was in great condition. Once i got home I discovered the dvd would not eject. I called and Ceesay asked me to bring it back so a technician could repair. After a hour wait the manager informed me that they only check for safety issues. The car would probably need a new radio head unit and they would not repair it. The car was sold as is and have a good day. More
OIL CHANGE I had a oil change there on Mar 1, 2019. Upon having a oil change the my fiance was up there just about all day from early that morning upon opening I had a oil change there on Mar 1, 2019. Upon having a oil change the my fiance was up there just about all day from early that morning upon opening. When the guy finished my fiance went to check and see if the other fluids were top off and he said NO we don't check for that, that to me was a RED FLAG so he left as he got down the road thank God he didn't make it to the interstate the belt came off so he pulled into Quick Trip and called me so I called back to the dealership and explained to them what happened he asked me so what do you want me do? Wow is what I said why so nasty and rude? He told me he cant come pick up the car bring it back to dodge but while my fiance was there at the store one of the guys from the service department was at the store and saw him there and asked him wasn't you the guy that just left from up there he told him yes and he told him to take the car back up there. So i had to call my insurance company and have them tow the car back up there to the dealership. They gave us the run around again and had to wait a couple of more hours so exhausting from all day. I asked to speak with a manager there and he acknowledge everything that happened that day and told me he would put in the notes for me to have 2 free oil changes oil Dodge and I thanked him. I went to go get the free oil change and what a surprise they can't find it in the system. This is flat out wrong and the customer service there is a JOKE! More
Poor customer service, unprofessional staff, Lying managers I would’ve given Negative stars if it allowed me. I bought a Dodge Charger from this dealership. I was dealing with sales agent Ranier and manager Tim I would’ve given Negative stars if it allowed me. I bought a Dodge Charger from this dealership. I was dealing with sales agent Ranier and manager Tim hall. Let me start with deal. One of my friends have made a deal for the vehicle on behalf of me which was out the door price for GA. I live in Virginia and wanted to get the vehicle registered in VA and got the vehicle from here because it was a bit cheaper here than in Virginia. The sales tax in Virginia is 4.5% which is cheaper than Georgia 8% something. overall It was $700 less than that of Georgia. When I pointed that out and asked them to lower the out the door price, they did not honor it, instead they decided to rip me off saying since it is out of state we can’t do that. I made a deal sometime in first week of November 2018 and I left for vacation from mid of nov to end of nov. I have informed the dealership about the vacation plan and that I will be flying down to Georgia on Dec 2nd. Also sent them a picture of the check that I received from my credit union just to guarantee them that the deal is on. Even after doing that they mailed me the documentation and pushed me to Sign and send it back which I did. Due to which my actual purchase date was dec 2nd 2018 but my documentation says Nov 14th 2018. I am losing 15 days on my warranty. When I came to dealer to pick up the car, I saw scratches all over the car starting from front of the car, to the sides and in the rear for which I demanded correction. What I got in response? The car is as is take it or leave it. They offered a different colored car with same specs which was not my preferred color. I have decided to get the car anyway and get the scratches corrected myself. Got the car, so far so good. I was given temporary tags which were only valid for 20 days and the tags expired and dealer was so lazy that they didn’t even send my paperwork to VA DMV. I kept on calling the manager Tim Hall and he responded after several follow ups they finally sent out the documents and gave me Fedex tracking number which I tracked and went to DMV to get the tags done as soon as possible since I didn’t want to ride with expired tags. At the DMV I was told that the check for sales tax that was sent by dealership was short of $160 for which I asked if I can pay to get the registration and title done asap. Again I didn’t want to drive with expired tags. I reached out to dealership to get my $160 refunded since the deal was out the door including the sales tax. They asked me to email receipt which I did. Months passed by and no response. When I came to Georgia I visited the dealer asking for my $160. They rejected saying we won’t refund you. Here comes manager Mike in picture. He humiliated me saying “you are nickel and Dime guy”. It’s not about $160 I care about, its about honoring the deal that was made. Dealership already ripped me off $700 or so at the time of purchase and sent $160 less than the actual taxes and what did I get? A poor customer service and humiliation. If I could go back and redo everything, I wouldn’t have walked into that dealership at all. I don’t recommend this dealer. They are Rip off. I have worked with following people at the dealership: 1. Ranier (Sales Agent) 2. Tim hall (Manager) 3. Mike Orcutt (General Manager) More
Service won't fix your cars issue I have had some time to cool down and decompress from my experience with Landmark of Atlanta. To say in short, I would not recommend Landmark to any I have had some time to cool down and decompress from my experience with Landmark of Atlanta. To say in short, I would not recommend Landmark to anyone, especially anyone who owns a Fiat. I brought my 2014 Fiat in for an issue of starting the car. Most of the time it would start on its own, but every now and then I would need a jump. After 2 months, 3 one-hour long car rides (there and back home) thinking the issue was fixed, the issue is still not fixed and I am left to justify spending $2,000 on parts and labor that did not fix the issue that was asked. My husband and I are also expecting a baby, so we do not have the money to throw at a car dealership to guess what the issue might be. My husband and I met the service manager Brian long enough to let him know about the issue with the car, after that we never saw him face-to-face again, he hid behind his emails for the rest of our case. The only person I can compliment is the sales associate Blake, he was very nice the whole time, and I am sure did what he could in his position. As I told Brian over email, this situation could have been avoided if they looked into what the issue actually was instead of just replacing entire parts of the car that they believed it might be. In any case, they could have at least advised me on more cost effective ways to fix the car or directed me to someone who could. I will not be taking my car back to Landmark because I do not trust the work they perform to my vehicle. More
