Tennessee has great landscapes! Further more Southern states know what a muscle car should be and is, so it is a no brainer. -Landmark overall makes the experience of buying a car a breeze, their passionate about racing/speed shop Eddie Rosa @ Speedfactory is on point with no sales speech and non sense but with rather factual and sound recommendations. -Mike Wise and the supporting team performed very well on all details especially during the last holiday season that must have been filled with last minute, cramped production schedules. -Bottom line; purchased the car on the 1st week of December, car got delivered from plant on 12/22, picked up after customizations on 1/12 with 15 miles on the car in prestine condition Keep up the Great Work! I am relatively new to Georgia therefore I don't have the pleasure of knowing others that can recommend quality dealerships and quality salespeople. Unfortunately, I purchased a vehicle under a year ago the pleasure of knowing others that can recommend quality dealerships and quality salespeople. Unfortunately, I purchased a vehicle under a year ago that was only worth a third of what I was charged for it. Needless to say, this vehicle became my worse nightmare. I became aware that this Landmark took trade-ins and I contacted the facility. My experience started with Ernest Hamilton-Estepan who listened to my concerns and my wants an unlike most salesmen, he told me not to come in. Ernest explained that he wanted to review my application and make sure that he could do something for me before I traveled 30min away from my home. He respectfully contacted me the next day and told me to come in stating that he could take care of me at the terms that I had set forth. When I came in a few days later Ernest was with another customer and said that Rodney Moody was going to help me. He assured me that they worked together often, Rodney had been given all my information, and that he was a "good guy" and would take good care of me. In this process, I had began to believe that "good guy" was another was of saying "wolf in sheeps' clothing". Much to my surprise it was quite the opposite. Much like Ernest, Rodney was very attentive. He listened to what I wanted and didn't try to tell me what I "should get" or "could get". He allowed me to take my time and decide on what I feltwas in my best interest and despite the fact that I was 10k upside down on my trade-in these gentlemen and their finance department worked the numbers and continued to call banks until they could get a deal that I was confortable with accepting; in fact when they called me back and told me to come in to pick up my car the deal that they had created for me had a lower interest rate and a lower monthly payment then that that they had said they would try to get for me. I am a single mother, new to Georgia, with no family around me and one thing I've learned is that you can't survive here without a dependable vehicle. These two men and this dealership have literally freed me of one of the biggest mistakes and nightmares of my adult life. I am eternally grateful and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle and a new start. 10 out 10 GUYS........YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!! More

We have been searching in the last few months for a SUV and visited many dealerships in the Atlanta, Union City and Morrow locations. We experienced all kinds of problems with sales reps. not being on to and visited many dealerships in the Atlanta, Union City and Morrow locations. We experienced all kinds of problems with sales reps. not being on top of their game. They lacked knowledge, common courtesy and gave off an attitude. We went into those dealerships ready to lease a high end SUV with most starting over 50,000. So when we visited Landmark and had asked for Ian or Eric after having an online chat before arriving, we were pleasantly suprised with the customer service they delivered. They were professional, knowledgeable and thorough with introducing the Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland to us. I can tell you that Ian is a superior sales rep. and we have bought many different kinds of cars to include Hummer's (H2) Jaguar's and Cadillac's. He gave us a complete tutorial on the car before test driving it and after test driving. It was a cold evening and he was considerate to heat up the car and turn on the heated seats before the test drive for our comfort We both could see that Ian is a top performer for your dealership and will continue to advance in his career. We are happy with our purchase of the Jeep Grand Cherokee and want to thank all who helped with our decision including the finance manager at the end who executed the paperwork. He was also very professional and delivered great customer service. I hope each of these employees will be recognized for all that they did to finalize our decision. More
