My first experience with Landmark Dodge had me driving all the way back to the dealership to get parts that their employees didn't include in the initial order. When we realized the parts weren't included all the way back to the dealership to get parts that their employees didn't include in the initial order. When we realized the parts weren't included, the parts representative argued with my husband on the phone and said they didn't have a manager on duty. Apparently they aren't allowed to make decisions without management and the managers get annoyed when they bother them during family time as per the employees. After arguing, telling my husband that I said I only need the one part and not all(that we paid for), hanging up on my husband, we called back and were told to pick up the parts. Upon arrival, the parts representative said I only asked for the one part when I reminded him that I only gave him the number and last name on the account. He, as the employee failed to pull the order and complete it accurately. All of this an not one apology for their incompetence. More

My goal in writing this review is to provide the most accurate representation of my experience with the dealership to assist others in making a decision to do business or not with this dealership. On accurate representation of my experience with the dealership to assist others in making a decision to do business or not with this dealership. On January 31, 2021, I stopped by the dealership to look at a vehicle. The vehicle was in service and I was unable to see it. It was advertised as a Certified Preowned vehicle. I reviewed the Carfax (clean), I reviewed the window sticker (all the options I wanted) and being that it was a certified vehicle, I felt good about buying a car I never saw or test drove. I had been looking for this exact truck for months and I finally had the opportunity to purchase my dream truck. The team working on my deal seemed like they really wanted my business and they worked to earn my business and my trust. I saw the truck the next day after I paid the down payment and signed the contract. To my surprise, the truck itself was flawless. I could not find anything wrong with the truck itself. I was disappointed in the filthy condition it was delivered to me in. It has a 33 gallon fuel tank and was delivered to me on Empty. They gave me a $20 gas card like that was going to move the needle lol. The truck had tinted windows and they removed the tint and left the glue on the windows. In the Ram boxes, there was a bunch of red dirt, an old Publix Sub (days old), and the truck was just nasty. I reached out to the sales guy via email and he never bothered to reach out to me but he did have his used car manager, JP Horne, contact me. This guy was a jerk. He lied to me and told me that the dealer made the decision to decertify the vehicle after I purchased it and said I can return the truck, bring in an additional $2,000, or deal with it not being certified. I contacted the lender to confirm that my deal was funded so the dealer could not flat cancel the deal. After I was assured it was funded, I sent a certified mailing to the dealer and received a call the next day. The manager, Chuck McCall, who called me really tried to resolve my issue. He did the research to see what occurred and how he could make it right. I got amazing service out of Mr. McCall. Come to find out, Mr. Horne lied to me and it was never decertified. I went to 3 other dealers who ran the vin# and they saw the certified coverage in the system. Not sure why Mr. Horne lied to me but he did. They delivered a nasty truck to me (in the age of COVID-19) with no gas BUT Landmark gave me a really good deal on the truck, got me approved at a great rate AND worked to resolve my issue after purchase. The experience was not horrible but it could have been better. There was no follow up from the sales guy. No sure I would do business with them again due to me being lied to for no reason. I love my truck. More

On 3rd visit high pressure sales and frustration of my car being in the shop again, I was frustrated . Over a month in the shop, and they aren’t making my payments. Sales started to tell me how much they wanted my RT because they didn’t have any used ones. I expressed I didn’t want to sell multiple times. I had a better car with the package I wanted. Sales, Pushed more and more, finally the numbers didn’t look too bad. But they were! They just hide the numbers by extending the loan out to 84 months (7 years) and $5,600 in interest using creative financing. Buyer beware don’t go here. They don’t have a return policy, and they do not honor any kind of cooling down period. DON’T SIGN ANYTHING WITH THEM, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE....... More
Don’t buy a car from a dealership that doesn’t have a return policy. Pressure sales tactics and creative financing with 7 year (84 month) loans to make lower payments. Brought car in 3 times for servi return policy. Pressure sales tactics and creative financing with 7 year (84 month) loans to make lower payments. Brought car in 3 times for service for same item to be fixed under warranty and had to fight every step of the way. Very slow service to fix cars. More
Landmark is a place where you have to watch your back. If your not paying attention you will get robbed blind. I made a decision to drive 56 miles to another dealer right before I was going to purchase a 3rd your not paying attention you will get robbed blind. I made a decision to drive 56 miles to another dealer right before I was going to purchase a 3rd car from Landmark and it was the best decision I ever made. I got a ton of equity $$ towards my new Gladiator from my LEASE trade ins for being way under mileage that Landmark ignored, treated much better, and was in a honest environment instead of a shady one. They try to high pressure you into a car even if they don't have one you like, it was crazy. But I will say that Andre was a good young man, his boss messed it up and caused me to look elsewhere and I ended up saving 9700$!!!! More

I would like to give this dealership less than a one but that is unavailable. I purchased a Jeep Wrangler Sahara 4 door last Friday for my wife. Saturday while driving I. Statesboro it broke completely down that is unavailable. I purchased a Jeep Wrangler Sahara 4 door last Friday for my wife. Saturday while driving I. Statesboro it broke completely down. Nobody answered from road side assistance and luckily there is a Jeep dealership a couple miles down the road. Long story short my wife was stuck with child on the freeway for 30 minutes before I arrived, we had to get police to direct traffic gave it towed, a battery charging system had went out the Jeep shut down, wouldn’t go into neutral, and now Landmark Didge will not replace it with a new one all because Jimmy Britt Dodge did a diagnostic test on it. They give you decent price but your just a number as you will not get anywhere after you sign the paperwork, and they never answer the phone. Long story short stay away from them. I pray they think of others more than themselves. More
I wish I could give no stars.. this place is the WORST. My fiancé and I decided to stop by around 12:30 and walk around while we killed time waiting for an appointment I had at 2pm. A salesman ended up cal My fiancé and I decided to stop by around 12:30 and walk around while we killed time waiting for an appointment I had at 2pm. A salesman ended up calling us inside to talk and we told them straight up we were in a rush. The guy proceed to have us sit down and talk which we agreed but told him we needed to leave by 1:30 to make my appointment. The guy took my fiancé’s car keys so he could look at our car. By 1:15 we reminded him again we needed to be leaving and he said he would get us out of there as soon as he printed a paper off for us with the details of the car we were looking at. Instead of coming back with just the paper, he brought the store manager in trying to push us to make a sale. Again, we told them we were in a rush and needed to leave and requested our car key back. We asked if we could take a picture of the info on the car and were told no. Still our car keys weren’t given to us. The salesman brought another guy in asking what they could do to make the sale, saying it would only take 20 minutes. We told them we genuinely needed to leave. They left the room and we ended up having to track them down and ask for our car keys a fourth time.. they still continued to push a sale. At this point it was 1:40 and I was going to be late to my appointment. I told both the store manager and the salesman I was not “BSing” them and really had an appointment. It had nothing to do about a sale anymore, we wanted to leave and were not being allowed to leave. I have never felt so pressured, even though they claimed to have not been trying to pressure us. They had a total disregard for us and our time. We were upfront when we came in about being in a rush and not trying to buy anything, only looking. This is not the way to do business. I shouldn’t have to continually ask for my car keys to leave. This is a disgusting tactic and I will never come back to this store. Not to mention, once we finally were able to leave we realized they failed to return my fiancé’s drivers license, a ploy to get us to come back I’m sure.. More
